nice environment but worst service I ever had!I called about noon time to confirm if I come at about 4 pm needs booking or not. the guy nicely addressed no booking needed but just have tea and drinks serving. OK with that, arrived at about 5pm. requested for one more chair so I could put my handbag... well, got rejected by the waitress and the reason was: getting the areas for dinner party...fine...then kept moving tables around nosily as if there were no customers at all.it was so disturbing an

it was so disturbing and I told them I wasn't told about this when I called. the same waitress asked me who said that?
collapsed....... fainted....
and no feedback at all to my request to stop moving tables around so noisily.
couldn't help but asked, so there's no response to my request? waitress kept staring at me and waitor unwillingly agreed.
conclusion: don't ever go this cafe without basic customer service level
