Worst service experience ever, from a server called Jonathan. I expect that in a resto in MK for a 30 dollar meal but not in IFC for an almost 200 dollars lunch. The manager did come and apologize but she's not the one who should, Jonathan is.This serve's attitude was super bad from the very first second. This serve's attitude was super bad from the very first second. He didn't wanna serve me and my toddler to the table as my anther friend was still on the way. I asked about what the sauce of a pasta dish and he answered me in an almost sarcastic way. I accepted that I had to return the table at 1 hour as I was told when I took the seat. And when it was sharp at 1 hour, this waited came to us with the bill and told us to return the table rudely. He stood there to wait for us to settle the bill while we were sorting it out. Then we decided the split it by 2 credit cards. He came back with the copies without explaining and my friend accidentally signed both of the cards. I asked him to print out the merchandise copy again and he came back with the cardholder copy again. I asked him why and he said, 'unless I swipe your card again you'd get another merchandise copy, you want me swipe your card again?' What kinda service is that? He didn't explain it and snatched the copy from my hand. How rude this Jonathan is! The manager came to explain and apologize but this guy didn't show any guilt... I like simply life chain but this kinda service really put me off, I will not go again!
