While the food is average at best, this restaurant should charge clients for suffering through their service. Asking for a spoon was like asking for their one month salary. I have been sitting here for an hour still waiting for my appetizer (Pho was quick) while the waitress is literally playing on her phone right next to me. Worst service experienced anywhere in HK.
