With the air conditioner blowing in my face, the waitress a) refused to reseat me (even though it was their "lunch rush", there were free seats) and b) pretend to turn down the air conditioner. When my wife asked why her 牛肉粉丝 had no 粉丝 she was told that that's how the kitchen makes it and we can pay extra to get it added in.All in all just not worth the trip.
