I arrived at 8:45pm and was in the queue. By the time my turn came it was just around 8:59pm. A guest had just left and a table was empty. I tried to get in but one of your staff members (chubby guy with glasses) said last order is at 9pm so I can’t get in. I even tried explaining to him that i know the dessert takes 20 minutes to come so by the time it’s ready, I’ll sit down. But he kept repeating ‘cannot’ like a robot. It’s like the staff can’t wait to kick everyone out and leave the place asa

I hope the owners/management team know the revenue being lost because of staff like this.
