I am a visitor to Hongkong and first time trying out Japanese food in Hongkong. Most probably, I went to the wrong establishment. Sushi and sashimi in Itamae (Mong kok) is totally bad and spoilt my appetite. I had them on an empty stomache and chances of that tasting better should be higher.Sashimi s were not too fresh and quality of fish is bad. Cannot taste the freshness and sweetness in the sashimi.
