Italian style fine dining with my lovely wife, very enjoyable during these 4 hours Appetites are Italian bread with limited olive oil and 3 types of vinegar, they are 50 yrs, 25 yrs and 12 yrs. ✨Hokkaido scallop on top of the little glass with Japanese uni and caviar, it tastes so lovely!
2. Lobster Carpaccio, Red Belly Pepper Julienne, Red Belly Pepper Umami
🦞 Lobster meat with red belly pepper soup, red soup has a rich lobster taste and a little bit sweet pepper taste.
3. Sicilian Red Prawn Carpaccio, Tarocco Orange, Chili Mayonnaise
🦐 Sicilian Red Prawn placed on top of a large sliced orange with a little bit chilli mayonnaise
4. Blue Fin Tuna Belly Ceviche, Sicilian Chickpeas Hummus, Home-Made Tacos
🥠 this one looks like Taiwanese bun, full of blue fin tuna belly and chickpeas hummus, it tastes so nice!

🍢 I love this so much! Because the skewer is so cute and the blue fin tuna is so tender, they cooked this very well! Love the watermelon as well ✨✨✨✨✨
8. Mussels, Gorgonzola Fondue, Fresh Alba Black Truffle
🧀 fresh to made the black truffle! Fondue has rich cheese taste and I love this as well!!
9. Sicilian Baby Octopus, Baby Squid, Clams, Musarla, Fumetto Broth
🐙 large octopus in the middle with sliced octopus and clams

🍝 this is called 2.0 carbonara because the chef used lobster, and caviar osietra imperial mixed with carbonara. A little but surprised dish tonight!
