Worth the wait?

Having walked by this place and seen the line several times, it was great to be able to walk right in the door to place my order for the choc chip egglet.  With this though, the wait to receive the treat was long.  With only the young woman, probably the owner and her mother (I am guessing) working the shop, each order takes some time as the orders are very layered in taste.When the egglet finally arrived, it was perfect.  Very crispy and tender inside.  I can't wait to go back and try one with

When the egglet finally arrived, it was perfect.  Very crispy and tender inside.  I can't wait to go back and try one with soft serve Italian ice cream.  The price is reasonable at HKD18.

While they have the taste down, next is service.  Need to cut down on the wait time and then they can make more money, faster!
