Celebrating my bday in Ten zushi this year! Every dishes wow me! It just get better and better from course to course! Kenji explained in details for every dishes, from the ingredients to the way of dry aged and cooking. He’s a master of dry ageing fish for sure. It’s a great performance! It’s a magical night! My personal favourite is the Sardine and the turn roll at the end! All kinds of uni are amazing of course! Hopefully can get a seat again next year!
