We went to the Regal Airport Hotel for a X'mas overnight package. There came with a few dining options to be selected. We took the X'mas dinner set in The China Coast Bar +Grill (other than the buffet).The restaurant was very well decorated and the waitress/waiters/staffs there were nice. We did not need to wait and we then had a booth seat which was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant was very well decorated and the waitress/waiters/staffs there were nice. We did not need to wait and we then had a booth seat which was spacious and very comfortable. The set dinner came with caviar, black truffle, raspberry sherbet, soup as starters; US Beef Fillet Mignon as main dish (monkfish filet, beef, turkey available to be selected); and dessert. The beef was tender & tasty. The dessert was fruitfully as well. Meanwhile, live music was played (from the stage) with moderate volume at our seat which was very good enough to enjoy the food, the atmosphere and chat without high volume background.
We had a good time and enjoyed every moment in The China Coast Bar with my love one for X'mas 2013 celebration.
