My girlfriend and I made a reservation for two during a Sunday and were allocated a 2 hour timeslot between 3-5pm. The place was easy to find near CWB MTR and after looking at the menu, we decided to order two Lunch Omakase sets (first-time for me) which were $1280 each with 10% service charge. Environment was fairly busy but chilled and there were around 16 bar seats in total with around 3-4 tables by the windows nearby. Omakase Lunch Set:
Appetizer
5 separate sashimi plates (gf had Umi on it's own when I had oyster dish)
8 sushi roll pieces
cut egg rolls
Hot food
miso soup
fruit dessert
Each sashimi plate was well presented and introduced by the chef. Taste of each piece was great and not too fishy (apart from the oyster which was a bit too strong for me). Overall nice first experience and I got bonus points from the missus for taking her there. No shits the next morning.
