Taking advantage of the MTR promotion, went to Yuen Long because it would cost a good $18 on a normal day.Stopped by at this restaurant because they serve the stingray.The stingray was a small one sliced in half, it was crispy covered in garlic, onions and green peppers with a delicious Thai sauce that enhanced the taste.Also had the coconut chicken soup which strangely had a strong tomato taste with a spicy and tangy tone.
