Yum cha with colleagues at this Chinese resto in the CITIC Tower. .We ordered the following dishes:-Steamed Rice Roll with Shrimp & ChivesThe rice roll was silky and thin, the shrimp filling was not that mouthful though. -Steamed Shrimp & Minced Pork DumplingThe pork dumpling was substantial, meaty and flavourful. -Signature Shrimp DumplingThe large and fresh shrimp made each bite quite satisfying. The rice roll was silky and thin, the shrimp filling was not that mouthful though.

The large and fresh shrimp made each bite quite satisfying. With a golden exterior, its skin was light and thin.

-Beef Ball with Bean Curd Sheet
The beaf ball was savoury, esp delicious when dipped in the Worcestershire sauce.
-Deep-fried Diced Bean Curd
The bean curd was crispy and slightly salty.
-Deep-fried Toro Puff in Swan Shape
The dessert looked elegant and delicate in swan shape. The taste was not particularly memorable though.

The resto offered a spectacular sea view and comfortable seating. It's interesting that most dim sums were served in individual portion.
