为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Dim Sum is my favourite cuisine, one of the Dim Sum restaurant I recommend is Chiu Chow Garden, Causeway bay.The deep fried prawn dumpling, almost the best I could find in HK. The fillings of the dumplings are wonderful with diced tiger prawns, while minced prawns are used elsewhere.The chilli oil is full or aroma and pipping hot.The beef meatballs is also yummy but I would highly recommend the prawn dumplings.
