Dim sum lunch. The Wanchai branch is known for its consistently yummy food. Wondered whether this new TST branch would live up to my expectations.Here’s what we had.珍珠鸡- very moist. 虾饺- love the skin- thin, soft but chewy. 鱼肚素蒸饺- wealth of texture inside nice chewy skin.牛肉肠 (not a fan of parsley)炸春巻- light and crispy skin.叉烧酥咸水角- massive; again, loved the skin.红枣糕- not too sweet. In summary: yummy.
