为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施,与顾客共同从源头减少厨余,环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划,参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴,以供张贴於店舖内和宣传,供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请,申请费用全免。

Winter solstice lunch with boss, at his latest favorite restaurant. He said the chef has improved a lot since joining from lei garden, and has developed his own unique style.Here’s what we had:川芎白芷天麻冻马友- the chilled threadfin tasted surprisingly good with the herbal jelly (not normally a fan of Chinese herbs) 鱼羹- fish broth tasted so wholesome and the vegetables were so expertly and finely cut. Assorted dessert : 蛋挞,蓝枣糕, almond cookies etc. Egg tart was prob one of the best I have tried.
