I've always been a big fan of pho, and it's so hard to find good hearty pho in hong kong. This place recently opened in central market and is a super convenient place for me to grab a quick bite. Even though it is located in the food court, they definitely don't skim on quality. The raw beef noodle had ample amount of beef, and the broth was sweet and delicious.
