I ran into this restaurent incidentally on last Sunday evening. I was hungry and hopping around for a fast meal. The restaurent looked new, tidy and clean.The outdoor menu indicated it was specialized in noodle ... lucky me as I am a noodle freak. As suggested by the attendant, I ordered "Gurnet", which was actually noodle with shrimps, shredded pork, fried tofu and vege in red-color shrimp broth. I have great expectation as I love shrimp as well as spicy broth. I was quite disapppointed when the noodle was served because the red broth was not spicy at all. However, it was so rich in shrimp flavor and aroma and I really love it. The noodle was al dente and the pork, shrimp and fried tofu were okay. All in all, it was a nice surprise and I will definely revisit the place to try out the other noodles on the menu.
