On busy Friday, We book the table for 8 peoples at 7:00pm at Wan Chai Verde MAR Mexican restaurant, A week before, We called the restaurant make booking, The manager suggest pre order "Whole Roasted Suckling Pig (10 LB) $1,498, Good for 8 - 10 peoples for share, The Suckling Pig is homemade, Have to pre order before 3 days.Manager arrange the sofa seat for us, Happy hour Buy 1 Get 1 Free from 5:30pm - 7:30pm with the free Nachos (with Cheese and Jalapeno).We order a lot of food for share,Taco 3

Taco 3 pcs, Corn tortilla was soft, Can choose Chicken, Pork, Beef, Shrimp, Fish, Veggie....., Served with homemade Salsa Roja, Salas Asada, Salsa Diabla.
Habanero Chicken Wings, Habanero is TOP 2ND SPICY of the world, HOT HOT HOT.
Fish Chicharron, Deep fried fish, Crispy, Good for the Beer,
Alambre (A-LAM]-BRE), Served with Tortilla, Verde MAR style is 100% Mexican style, We try another Mexican restaurant is mixed with American style.
SPECIAL: Whole Roasted Suckling Pig (10 LB)
Amazing dishes, Head chef came on the floor help us to cut, Served with tortilla and chop lettuce, The skin was super crispy but not oily , Meat was tender and juicy, Even Pig leg was yummy, It was better than "BBQ Baby Pork", Pig head we take away make for congee.
