「只要用心,素食可以上大枱」我係9月尾同朋友一齊嚟食嘅但係具體菜式名已經唔記得了🙏我平時唔係一個食素嘅人所以一開始都會有啲卻步但係食完呢餐完全令我改觀一開頭有個開胃醋茶好細心用冰鎮方法令佢夠凍一飲落肚就開咗個胃醒神!之後到呢個菜湯印象中有啲豆腐同埋中間類似xo醬/油嘅成份成個湯都好濃郁暖下個胃迎接第一道菜呢個冇記錯係類似千層麵咁上面個皮整得好好加埋香草嘅香氣係一道好香口嘅菜嚟到呢個牛油果配薄餅有啲印度風味薄餅薄得嚟又唔會鬆散嗰陣麥味好出加埋牛油果嘅配搭令人想食多幾件~之後到呢個菠菜「burrito」入面有菠菜,菇同唔知係咪芝士嘅醬一切落去就知煮嘅時間好好同埋材料豐富相信細食人士食一舊都覺得飽 haha跟住呢個冇記錯係炸牛蒡絲好脆好脆仲要擺咗半個鐘都keep住唔淋拎嚟送飯一流呢個正野釀茄子(好似係)我仲記得自己一啖食晒佢嗰個爆汁嘅口感一流同埋煮嘅汁好好食仲有呢個我自己認為最好食嘅菜式汁煮白蘿蔔點解會咁記得佢係因為佢還原咗平時食蒸魚嗰個味道真係令我大開眼界寫到最後其實我一路都冇寫過食評不過今次真係驚豔到自己希望大家都會嚟試吓真心推薦🤟
