我们的丽轩(Lai Heen)美食之旅第一次试丽轩中餐厅.环境很不错.大堂亦有电梯直上51楼.很方便.因为已入秋.所以当我们看到餐牌上的秋分尝味宴时就觉得很合心意.不用多想就决定了.再每人点了一款酒.First time to try Lai Heen, it's a Chinese cusine restaurant located on the 51st floor of the Hotel, with great dining environment & atmosphere. First time to try Lai Heen, it's a Chinese cusine restaurant located on the 51st floor of the Hotel, with great dining environment & atmosphere. It is very convenient that you can take the lift which go directly straight up to 51st floor from the ground floor lobby.
Due to it is now already the autumn season, when we saw there is the Autumn Special made menu, we made this order without any second thought as it match the season very well. Then, we each ordered different wine to go with the dinner.

竹笙清甜爽口.蕃茄有点酸酸的.放在最先的几个菜式之中.大慨是想让我们先开开胃?如果可以再配搭其他清汤就更好了.

侍应介绍.这是来自高原的梅菜.经过油炸后.入口脆脆的.为这道菜式增加了一大风味.也是我在这套餐里觉得最有惊喜的一道菜式.(烟肉也甜甜的)

虽然是中餐厅.但内部装修古雅之余亦时尚.最喜欢它的透明储酒廊.多走几步.又有一面青花瓷拼成的墙.中西合壁的感觉很有澳门特色呢.

第一次的丽轩之旅很满意.食物很新鲜.感觉是个很适合与长辈和家人一起共进晚餐的好地方.
The ingredients are so fresh. This restaurant give me the feeling that it is a very good place to dine with our elderly or used as family gathering.
题外话/补充资料: 用餐后还可以在餐厅内参观一下哦.布置很有特色
