Enter Tsim Sha Tsui’s InterContinental hotel at any time of day and be taken aback by a magnificent view of Victoria Harbor. Located a few steps away from the entrance, Lobby Lounge provides the perfect space for guests to enjoy Western and Asian delicacies all while admiring the view that Hong Kong has to offer. Other than its view, the Lobby Lounge is also known for its famed afternoon tea sets. Visit the Lobby Lounge between 2:30-6pm on weekdays and 1:30-6pm on weekends to enjoy their scrumptious butter scones with clotted cream and chestnut madeleines. For those that work throughout the afternoon, visit the Lobby Lounge at night to listen to live entertainment and catch a glimpse of the famous Symphony of Lights light show.

With a “jumbo” ship floating at the center of Aberdeen Harbor, Jumbo Floating Restaurant pairs a perfect view of the harbor with amazing seafood and dim sum. Visiting the restaurant is a spectacle in itself, with a small boat ride as the only way to access the floating giant. Upon entering the restaurant, visitors will be dazed by the grandeur of this three-story and 76-meter-long restaurant. The exterior and interior of the boat mimic the ornamental style of an ancient Chinese palace. A vibrant large Chinese painting and golden dragons cover the walls and ceilings of the restaurant. Seafood fanatics will also be delighted as there are over 50 different kinds of locally and foreign caught seafood here. Some of their signature dishes include Flamed Drunken Shrimp and Sautéed Fresh Crab with Garlic and Chili.

The aim of ALTO restaurant is to “Aspire to Great Heights” and they achieve this through their exquisite food and stunning view of Causeway Bay. Previously at Bistecca, head Chef Mike Boyle creates a delectable menu, including favorites such as Watermelon Salad, Carbonara Macaroni & Cheese and Argentinian Grass Fed Ribeye and Sirloin. On weekends, the restaurant also offers a brunch buffet in addition to their A La Carte menu. The brunch buffet is available from 12-3pm, featuring chef selected salads, fresh seafood on ice and an assortment of desserts. To allow customers to further appreciate the elevated views, guests can head on upstairs from the main dining area to enjoy crafted cocktails at the outdoor rooftop bar.

With a menu inspired by the cultural diversity of Hong Kong, Sevva serves appetizing Western and Asian fusion dishes. The restaurant cleverly produces innovative dishes such as Wagyu Beef Cheek & Ox Tongue Pot Pie and Lobster & Seafood Crackle rice, creating a harmonious balance between two distinct flavors. Diners can enjoy uninterrupted views of Central and Admiralty both indoors and outdoors, for lunch, high tea and dinner at Sevva. On Thursday-Saturday, night owls can visit Sevva for late supper between 10:30pm - 1am. For those with a sweet tooth, enjoy desserts made by Ms B’s Sweets that match the lively and vibrant interior. One of their charming desserts is the Marie-Antoinette’s Crave which is a Pistachio Chiffon cake adorned with Macarons and Sugar Pearls, topped with Pink Cotton Candy. Every dessert at Sevva is definitely Insta-worthy!

Located on the 101st floor of the world’s 10th tallest building, Inakaya offers indescribable views of Hong Kong. The restaurant combines several different Japanese restaurant styles, serving customers robatayaki, teppanyaki, sushi and sashimi. For those that would like a more lively and interactive dining experience, Inakaya also has a robatayaki dining area. At the robatayaki area, guests can watch the chefs prepare their food, shout orders in Japanese and deliver food on a long wooden paddle. Apart from this, robatayaki guests also have the opportunity to make mochi, kneading it inside a large wooden barrel. In the main dining area, the dark wooden floors and large surrounding sake barrels create a peaceful and zen atmosphere, providing customers with an authentic Japanese dining experience.
