\r\nThere are 2 entrances to the restaurant, one at the front and the other at the back. There is also a tatammi room with a large TV that could fit up to 8-10 people. All the chefs hired by Mr. Tong (the owner) are followers of famous Japanese cooks and they all had experience in working in hotels. \r\n\r\nThe foods in the restaurant are very fresh. The octopus still moves after its long flight. The salmon sashimi are made from Norway salmon, therefore it is sweet, thick and fat.\r\n

\r\nWhat is even more unbelievable is that there are also a lot of expensive foods that you can order. These include cod, fried scallop, fried oyster, crab claws, jelly fish tentacles……but the Japanese shark fin soup is the most interesting. Japanese fish balls are also included in the soup.\r\n\r\n\r\n'Beef Cubes with Garlic Thins' is also a very delicious dish. The beef cubes are made from New Zealand prime tenderloin and are marinated for a few hours before frying them with the garlic thins until they are 60% ready, therefore they are soft and tender.\r\n

\r\n\r\nThe dish which is most appreciated by customers from the buffet is the BBQ Japanese eels. The meat comes from the belly of A grade eels and so the pieces are thick and fat. The eel is marinated by premium BBQ eel sauce before barbecuing. This dish could be recommended as the chefs' specialty.
