嚟呢度就係為咗片皮鴨，驟眼睇份量唔算多，但兩個人食綽綽有餘。鴨切得薄身帶油香😋，肉質頗細嫩，鴨皮又多又鬆脆👍🏻，如果皮更厚就更上一層樓！
用上傳統醬汁冇咩特別，不過配料有山渣條較少見，而加入蒜粒十分惹味！🤤

Apart from classic condiments, Hawthorn fruit is a rare but great topping for the duck. I personally love adding garlic to distinctively elevate the flavours. 🤩

津白即係黃芽白，起初見啲菜咁大棵怕會好硬好難咬，點知煮得啱啱好，軟身得嚟又有咬口。不過菜汁有少少鹹🙈，如果火腿可以甜啲就完美！
✧ The cabbage is perfectly cooked to get the smooth and soft texture🤗. The sauce is slightly too salty and I prefer sweeter ham.
