We were debating whether to come for dinner or lunch as their dinner menu is significantly more expensive but has more items we wanted to try. At the end, decided to just come back again for lunch. Bread plate 🍞 - Black Olive Bread, Baguette + Anchovy Aioli
I was expecting 3 types of bread as I’ve seen other photos but they only presented me with two 😔. The 2 were baguettes and black olive bread. (I really wanted sourdough).
However, the bread was freshly toasted, the exterior is crisp and inside is fluffy and warm. One of the best bread basket I’ve ever had 😇. The anchovy aioli they serve with is super interesting. It’s salty and fishy but light and creamy. I only wish it was thicker as it is quick runny and hard to spread on the bread.

Cream of Pumpkin Soup 🎃 , Roasted Scallop (忌廉南瓜濃湯伴香烤帶子)
WOW. Super delicious 👍👍.
The soup is extremely flavorful with fresh pumpkin flavor, the consistency is creamy but not thick and not runny (lightly shades the back of your spoon with dipped). I honestly wanted to stop drinking so I’ll never run out 😂.
The scallop is cooked perfectly that the crunchiness of the exterior is still there even after being soaked in soup, whilst the inside remained opaque and tender. The size is also very large and plump.
The only sad thing was the croutons on the soup became very mushy and soggy, but did soak up the soup well.

Fish of the day 🐟, Scallop, Tomato Jam, Bouillabaisse (時今鮮魚伴帶子,蕃茄濃醬及海龍皇汁) $328
The fish today was Halibut (比目魚) ✨.
The halibut had very crispy skin with good seasoning, it is cooked well, very flaky and tender. Not over cooked at any thinner parts too. Sufficient portion size as well.
The scallop is plump but a tad bit undercooked as it’s still very pink. Good with the tomato jam.
The tomato 🍅 jam is a highlight. The freshness of the tomatoes is uncanny and there is still a hearty texture to the sauce. Sweet, tangy, refreshing.
There is also mashed potatoes 🥔 which is super creamy and not heavy at all. The consistency is very well, gooey and viscous. Very good pair with the crispy fish skin and tomato jam, as the freshness balances the creaminess well. The broccolini is crunchy and amazing with the bouillabaisse.
The bouillabaisse is very flavorful, light and intense. I ate it with the mashed potato and it was a delicious combination between strong and salty broth and creamy mash. However, they don’t provide a spoon so I couldn’t properly drink it.
On a separate note, the bouillabaisse also drowns the rest of the components as well so I will taste it in everything I eat. It was also poured by the waiter which definitely increased performance value.

💬 Overall, not a bad place for lowkey celebration or Sunday dinners. The food was delicious although quite expensive. The service was also very pleasant and the waiter conversed with us many times. I cant wait to try their cheaper lunch menu and see if the level is the same 😁.
