My second time dining in at @ and mind you we still had to wait for around 5 minutes for a table despite the T8 signal😂☕️Hot chocolate Ecuador 66% HKD 48💭I love that you get to choose either almond milk or oat milk even for their hot chocolates!! Unlike most cafes, which tend to have a pre-mixed chocolate base made using full milk. 💭You can just tell that they use quality matcha in their matcha cream because despite its sweetness, there remains mild notes of bitterness that just scream quality. Personally though, I am still bias towards their chocolate hazelnut doughnut 😉

💭Flakier and crispier than the last time I had it, but the almond cream filling was only in 1/3 of the danish, which was a bit of a downer😭

Finally sat down at Bakehouse for the first time! We were told that it would be approximately a 1.5 hr wait, so we went somewhere else for lunch and returned afterwards for dessert/ a second meal! 🍄Crispy portobello mushroom HKD 48Loved this! Batter was light and super crispy and the mushroom was so juicy! 😍Perfect with the sriracha mayo! And there was a total of 5 huge pieces! Actually very reasonably priced given the quality and generous portion size! Would recommend😉🥐Sourdough egg tart HKD 12

Loved this! Batter was light and super crispy and the mushroom was so juicy! 😍Perfect with the sriracha mayo! And there was a total of 5 huge pieces! Actually very reasonably priced given the quality and generous portion size! Would recommend😉

🥐Sourdough egg tart HKD 12
Just could not resist getting one when they came round telling us there was a fresh batch ready to be served! Super buttery sourdough base (more of the chewy kind than the crispy flaky kind though) with a smooth eggy centre😍 As a lover of traditional egg tart, I felt like the butteriness of the sourdough base sort of overpowered the egg flavour, but oh well, loved it all the same!

Was pleasantly surprised by how good this was! There was some sort of almond purée inside the danish as well, not just the typical custard filling! Flavour was super natural and perfect level of sweetness! Not super flaky or crispy though and relatively on the chewy side as well, but loved it all the same! Would love to try their able crumble danish next time!

🍫Hot Chocolate Ecuador 66% HKD 48 +5 almond milk
This was straight up decadent dark chocolate in liquid form! Love that they offer almond milk for hot chocolate as well (for some reason some cafes don’t offer non-diary option for hot chocolate even though they offer it for coffee), which made the drink lighter and not as filling, but you get to enjoy that same chocolatey satisfaction! Would definitely reorder this next time!

I also love their hazelnut doughnut!! Coated with dark chocolate, with super fluffy texture and filled to the brim with hazelnut cream! Can’t wait to try their other doughnut flavours!

    因為公司政策關係所以都冇得帶假到下一年, 所以每年嘅年尾時間都需要清一清假, 今年就破紀錄要放成15日假, 冇辦法啦, 相信好多人都好似我咁要含淚放哂d假佢咁今日就計劃左要去運輸署整下車牌嘅事所以就神早去左金鐘, 咁我女友早前知道左我偷偷地去左灣仔嘅bakehouse 買左佢最中意食嘅蛋撻自己食已經嬲到成日掛住口邊, 所以今次就一於預埋佢一齊去食呢間神級麵包鋪啦 (我自己覺得神ja)咁我地到嘅時候就係早上11點15分左右, 咁間鋪有兩條隊, dine in 同takeaway, 因為之後有節目所以就決定takeaway, 不過咁早時間都已經要排隊了, 不過好彩嘅係熱門嘅麵包都重未賣哂, 咁我地total 就買左4個包, 包括兩個egg tart, 一個croissant 同埋一個almond danish因為egg tart 係岩岩出爐嘅關係所以就立即跑去喜帖街坐低慢慢歎croissant 20蚊, 咁佢唔係新鮮出爐嘅, 不過都依然非常脆口, 而且牛油味好勁, 放左咁耐都重好濃郁, 裏面嘅蜂窩好軟熟, 加上外面塗上糖水之後焗製所形成嘅焦糖化帶有少少硬身, 兩者口感一脆一軟相互影響, 而

    croissant 20蚊, 咁佢唔係新鮮出爐嘅, 不過都依然非常脆口, 而且牛油味好勁, 放左咁耐都重好濃郁, 裏面嘅蜂窩好軟熟, 加上外面塗上糖水之後焗製所形成嘅焦糖化帶有少少硬身, 兩者口感一脆一軟相互影響, 而且整體感覺挺身, 唔會太空洞, 食完之後成身都係酥皮

    sourdough egg tart 12蚊1個, 之前食過就唔係新鮮出爐, 咁岩今次撞正就決定一人一個唔洗爭, 呢個蛋撻攞上手嘅時候係熱嘅但唔辣手, 而且唔油, 攞住都好乾身, 今次焗得比較燶所以咬起來更脆口, 不過又冇燶味, 蛋漿響新鮮製成嘅情況下顯得更加甜, 而且呈現半液體狀

    almond danish 30蚊, 呢個我覺得同croissant 一樣, 不過係加入左杏仁特色, 而口感方面比croissant 淋身, 而且外面焦糖化更利害, 基本上你捉住個包都係乾左嘅糖水, 包上面有杏仁醬同杏仁粒, 味道好濃, 食到裏面重有些少杏仁漿做餡, 成個包就好似食成杏仁茶一樣, 但又冇果陣刺鼻感覺, 因為我好中意食杏仁茶所以非常ok

    最後埋單72蚊, 聽落72蚊4個包好貴, 但當小店比大企業迫得愈來愈難生存, 有鋪頭願意堅持己見提供高質素嘅野食, 係食客之褔
