🍗Chicken Liver Mousse.

This was a heavenly combo! Love the strong bold flavour of the chicken liver mousse, which paired perfectly with the sweetness from the grape relish. And of course, best served on a slice of freshly toasted bread!
On top of the mousse is a hard layer which we thought was inedible until we asked the server and it turned out to be layer of solidified butter. Personally, I would suggest not to add the butter to your toast because with a generous layer of creamy chicken pate, it’s already a very filling and SATISFYING starter.

Reminded me of a croquette with a light crispy exterior and delicious cheesy filling. I truly love the way they season all their savoury dishes! Everything just has this rich depth of flavour that never ceases to amaze me! All the different spices they use just balance out and create this beautiful harmony of flavour. I have seen mediocre reviewed on their desserts and I have personally never tried their desserts, but I would truly recommend their savoury dishes!

Last of my @elementary.hk series! Have had their crab pasta every single time I visited and it never disappoints! Love that kick of spiciness (a tad too spicy this time🤣) with that fresh briny flavour from the crab meat!🥰Personally, I really like the texture of angel hair because it just picks up the sauce and and crab meat so well! 🤤帶點香辣感覺的天使麵,加埋蟹肉真係好滿足,不過今次好像有點太重手,以意粉黎講有啲太辣🙈

Back at Elementary again thanks to their latest giveaway! Couldn’t hardly believe my luck when I saw the message!
Starting off with something I have had every time I have visited this restaurant, it’s their signature roasted chicken! A very well-executed dish, with the meat incredibly tender and juicy, so thoroughly seasoned that it tastes delicious even when eaten without the skin! I love the addition of salsa verde and lemon creme fraiche which added to the depth of favour of the dish. Still my favourite roasted chicken dish to date!

🍖Braised Lamb Shank.

Have had braised lamb shank a couple of times before, but this one is for sure my favourite! Very well seasoned and the meat was incredibly tender and juicy. Tasted even better when eaten together with the mash, which had a mild truffle flavour and added an extra level of creaminess to each bite! 肉質又淋又多汁,一啲都唔會似好乾柴嘅煲湯肉,薯蓉帶有少少黑松露味,質感好棉滑,同羊肉一齊食好夾🥰
