Finally got to try this signature roasted yellow chicken from Louise! I have been to Louise last year but didn’t try this chicken, so I have to come again for this, and it didn’t disappoint! Normally I’m not a fan of chicken, but this one is really worth trying! The chicken was extremely juicy and tender, the skin was crispy enough, the whole chicken was so flavourful, but the best part is the rice en cocotte.
