The food at Testina Restaurant is delicious, fresh, and interesting. It has a very good interior design with green color which is my favorite color. Tasty starters to mains that are cooked to perfection and the services are friendly and professional. Highlights of our meal were the Chicken Liver Parfait—its creamy texture and mild taste are absolutely divine, and the Octopus Ravioli—the chewy pasta was a delight. Btw we encored smoked sardines. Highlights of our meal were the Chicken Liver Parfait—its creamy texture and mild taste are absolutely divine, and the Octopus Ravioli—the chewy pasta was a delight. Btw we encored smoked sardines. Love it! Definitely worth checking out!

    Beef tripe is usually seen in HK noodles or as dim sum, never have I seen this on Italian menu! Fried beef tripe is certainly a first for me, you get the tripe’s springy texture and crispy batter is super thin, the unique ‘honeycomb’ part is extra crispy. It’s perfectly seasoned as well.

    Nothing beats fresh-made hand roll pasta, the chewy texture is excellent. Octopus is extremely tender with a warm fragrant tomato based sauce that is very scrumptious. Cavatelli curvy edges and the little shell gap holds the delicious sauce very well.

    Their daily special presents very unique dish, we never had beef heart before (well don’t think a lot of ppl do 😂) It’s grilled with crispy charred edges, thinly sliced presented just like ordinary beef cuts! It’s very beefy and has a unique texture that reminds me of beef tongue. The grilled veggies underneath are so flavorful soaking up all the jus and beef flavors.

    Personally not a fan of cherry, but this works for me! Cherry is not really the hero but the bergamot (?) flavor come through most prominently. The tart base is expertly done, perfect crunch. Overall a very refreshing light summery tart.

    The cake itself is very tender with immense hazelnut flavors also with roasted hazelnut in it. The creamy zabaione is very thick and rich, taste very much like a melted Ferrero Rocher (金莎朱古力) which is quite sweet.
