[ NINETYs | 中環 ]This was a very spontaneous decision to dine here. We needed a restaurant that opened early and I was craving something western with an all-day-breakfast/coffee shop atmosphere. Came at 11:30 and there were fortunately seats. There is a lot of these restaurants in Central but I decided on this due to their major popularity. This was a very spontaneous decision to dine here. We needed a restaurant that opened early and I was craving something western with an all-day-breakfast/coffee shop atmosphere. Came at 11:30 and there were fortunately seats.
There is a lot of these restaurants in Central but I decided on this due to their major popularity. Even though I was tempted by a lot of different restaurants whilst making my way over here 🥺😅.

🥑Avocado Toast $128
Avocado, poached eggs, pomegranate, pickled red onion, dressed kale, roasted mix nuts, sesame yogurt, honey yogurt, beetroot breadcrumbs, sourdough
My first thought when it arrived was the presentation. It was very pleasing to look at with all the colors contrasting on the plate.
There is 2 big slices of sourdough bread, both very delicious with the tanginess I was looking for. It got a bite hard to cut when I was eating the second piece so be careful if you don’t like hard bread.
The Poached egg performed well and coated the toast with yolk and creaminess.
The avocados were all fresh and creamy although they were not sliced and just 2 big halves. I mashed it with my fork onto the toast which was a huge success.
The honey and sesame yogurt also gave a really delicious and sweet tang to each bite and was not invisible.
The pickled red onions have a nice acidity but was a bit sweet too.
Kale was a nice change to the toast, crunchy and sharp textures that contrast well with avocado and the egg.

💬 Overall, I really enjoyed my meal, it was filling and delicious. Especially loved how all flavors worked well together and you could taste each individual component as well as a whole.
