It was really the best Hainan Chicken Rice I'd had. Chicken so tender, with buttery rice. Those dipping sauces were always such a fiend they kept me eating and eating till I finish everything. They just went perfectly with the chicken, or even just the rice! How on earth am I going to lose weight eating like that. Lol...Oh, by the way! Oh, by the way! They always served with breads with pesto sauce before serving the main dish. I always asked them to take the breads back and keep the sauce. I liked mixing the pesto sauce with Chinese green onion and ginger sauce sometimes. However, MO only served with ginger, without green onions. It was still good. Maybe next time you can try too if interested. ^__^
