I prefer not going back to Central to find a decent cuppa during weekends becuase I simply spend too much time there during the weekdays.... 🙈🙈Glad to know that there is a new ☕️ spot around SYP doing specialty coffee w/ an array of single origin ☕️ beans (pick from regular/ premium beans). I chose Brazilian - nutty/ milk/ chocolatey flavours. The nutty taste is more prominant at first but the chocolatey taste seeps out at the end of the sip ☺️🍫. For a dainty cafe, the pastries/ food they stock are

係西營盤無咩食店既位置開左一間細細既Cafe，鋪頭離遠就見到好sharp既深藍色。裡面既裝修都係同一個調，感覺好優雅。店長好落力咁介紹menu上面既咖啡。其實棉花糖咖啡都想試，不過怕肥既關係，我就叫左Premium hand drip - 我揀左Columbia係味道比較balance既。我朋友就叫左個flat white。杯flatwhite 係用左比較好既奶，所以飲落好rich。呢到都有D輕食，例如一D pastry同cake。我地叫左一個croissant 同 blueberry cheesecake 。 店長話整呢個croissant既麵團係外國運過黎架，而且個包漲卜卜，唔會好似返叮既麵包咁。另外原來個cheesecake，由個餅底開始都係老闆自己整，唔怪知得咁好食。P.S. 個take-out杯好靚靚～估唔到係西環咁多海味舖既附近都有一間咁用心去做咖啡同食物既小舖。而且裝修靚靚，非常適合打卡喔～不過位置不多，大家可以趁平日早D去喔～

話說，前幾天午飯時間衝了去這間深藍色新小店😆，裝修classy，雲石枱配上baby blue梳化💙。聽過非常helpful的店長，向我們用心的介紹後，就點了Peanut Butter Latte ($42) 和 Hand Drip - Columbia ($67)前者有驚喜啊😍，嚐到挺濃郁的花生醬味🥜，喝下又不會覺得膩，同時依然重咖啡味的，不錯☺️。至於Columbia那杯，不同溫度可以喝到不同味道，挺特別啊~ 不吃得苦的我覺得挺苦的😝食物方面，芝士菠菜酥 ($37) 好好吃‼️每天freshly baked，酥果然非常鬆化😋，重要的是吃完沒有感到油膩~巴馬火腿三文治 🥪 ($53) 的麵包屬高質!! 新鮮又有咬口的😆最後要說的是，這裡的🌸外賣杯好美💕
