Martin Tiramisu Shortcake was fluffy and rich in rum and coffee flavours🥃 Rich chestnut cream and silky mascarpone whipped cream were sweet but not heavy yet🍰 The highlight was the fruity berries jam next to the shortcake, love it🫐

Honestly, I’m not keen on chestnut but this parfait definitely changed my mind🤯 How rich was the chestnut cream and paired well with cinnamon apple and sweet vanilla ice cream🤤 It included refreshing apple-flavored jelly and sweet caramel potato too🍠 Such a great deal for this generous portion✨

Loved the rich bisque sauce pasta served with shrimp, clams, Asian greens and topped with parmesan cheese🧀 Pasta was super clingy and Al dente🍝 Sourness of lemon just elevated the whole flavour, excellent 🤩
