We commenced our Tuesday evening with a glass of cocktail, "Polish my Candy" with a plenty of playful touches. A pinch of sugar was sprinkled on top and burnt for few seconds that created a chunky caramelised top.At this oyster Tuesday night, the highlight is the all-you-can-eat shuck to order oysters, cocktail shrimps and marinated mussels.  Chefs have certainly flexed their creative muscles with this chicken and waffles drizzled with drool worthy and zesty gravy. Juicy and tender inside; crispy outside is the new black! Water melon and the cabbage salad with baked bacon was quite refreshing too.

 Old fashioned bloomburger was another highlight of the table, surprising us with a crazy thick patties with a hint of truffles. Moist and juicy, with a perfect pink inside.

 House classic Ragu Bolognese would have been another option of mains if.....if only you hate fried chicken and burger. ( well it won't happen right?) Eggplant parmesan looks much attractive than it taste; giving us a strange sourness that might not be our liking.

 We couldn't have been any more excited the way our meal ended; two addictively scrumptious classic, The ultimate ice-cream sundae and skillet chocolate chip cookie with hot fudge sauce and salted caramel ice-cream. Buttery cookies are impressively soft inside, crispy near the edge of the skillet. worth waiting for 20 mins just for that.

 Quite impressive with the quantity and quality of food served in this place, combining great vibe and furnishing, that set a mood for a break in this hectic city. paying this $490 for everything from endless serving of seafood and a huge mains is worth the price.

    在風雨及雷聲之下，毅然出門赴約，明明是午飯時間，卻像是黃昏日落。再次來到Lily&Bloom，第一次是酒吧輕談，其後是與友人的Mac n Cheese之約。上回一拖再拖，還是沒有寫出隻字片語，轉眼間又來了。　　午市繼續有Semi-buffet，話說中環這邊的食肆好像常有Semi-及Full Buffet Lunch的出現。Lunch Market Feast　$178，由湯、沙律及海鮮，至肉類、Mac n Cheese及甜品。飲品方面包一杯咖啡、茶或果汁，其實只吃這個已經夠飽肚。不過還是可以選Three-course Lunch　$298，除了半自助及飲品，另有三隻生蠔及一主菜。因為加點三隻生蠔需$75，合計只跟三道菜這個差不到五十元。當然也可以單點主菜，價位由百多至三百多不等，要怎樣配搭才合心意就得看個人意願。　　儘管正值炎炎夏日，下雨天時還是先以湯品暖一暖胃。每日湯款均不同，是日是富有酸意辣味的湯款，稠身，但依然十分開胃。夏天就以Vibrant Summer作主題，沙律吧一角有逾十款沙律，我們只每樣取少許分食。蕃茄及茄子等等常見款式為多，好在其沙律不會太油，維持清新感覺。特別注意有

     　　儘管正值炎炎夏日，下雨天時還是先以湯品暖一暖胃。每日湯款均不同，是日是富有酸意辣味的湯款，稠身，但依然十分開胃。夏天就以Vibrant Summer作主題，沙律吧一角有逾十款沙律，我們只每樣取少許分食。蕃茄及茄子等等常見款式為多，好在其沙律不會太油，維持清新感覺。特別注意有Superfood Quinoa沙律，也有野米沙律之類，纖維嚼勁豐富，但又不會太過飽肚。若然不願太清的，其實個人頗喜歡Pork Rillettes，以慢煮豬肉製成。沒什麼脂肪位的油膩，肉絲腍綿易入口，凍食時無半點腥臊。另亦可以一嚐Calamari Salad，進入以下的Seafood Bar部分。

     　　Seafood Bar    ，House Smoked Atlantic Salmon在此可以盡情享受。沒有太多筋位，鹹度恰到好處，略帶油脂但不會過膩。青口是不得不試的一款，別看它們浸沉在奶白色的醬汁之中就驚中伏。那是香氣十足的椰奶，所之浸泡後吸收椰香的青口顯得味道多樣，又不至失去本味。及至Meat Station，除了沙律吧那邊的凍肉外，還是有熱食的。原以為有麵包出現的BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders是飽肚款式，只取小小一件跟友人分享算了。但包身厚度恰好平衡夾餡的味道，吃起來不會太重味，配合夏天清清爽爽的感覺。還有炸得香脆可口的Southern Fried Chicken，肉質不乾澀不韌柴，澆上酸甜醬汁去膩感。那有意式肉丸，比較乾身，但會吃到肉碎的感覺，但吃了半年肉丸，還是小嚐輒止。

     　　Made-to-order Mac 'n Cheese Station是這兒的一大亮點。Mac&Cheese本不算是香港常見的菜式，近年得人賞識，以Comfort Food為名發展。在這兒嚐個午餐，不求輕盈，倒是想嚐到心中想念的味道。共有四款口味，我們只擇其二，先來份芝士怪之選Old Fashioned。還原基本步，食Mac n Cheese就係食Macaroni同Cheese，細滑香潤的芝士醬底。煮得不至水爛，仍帶點點嚼勁的通心粉，以大量芝士粉鋪面，添上一絲鹹。比較香口重味的Sloppy Joe，帶酸甜，微辣，灑了芝士粉在表面。雖說通心粉醬底無改少許的稠，但不只有芝士一味，沒那麼單調，也少了分膩。

     　　Seasonal Vegetable Cacio e Pepe    是唯一一款無肉主食，以意粉為重心。用上Pecorino芝士，完完全全裹附在意粉表面，有如忌廉般重奶香，鹹度不高。意粉煮得不綿爛，有著些少嚼勁，且配料為蔬菜，還是輕負擔。

     　　Old Fashioned Bloom Burger　+$60　$250（單點）    預先切分一開四的漢堡用料豐富。以Dry-aged和牛打成漢堡扒，帶著焦香，留著點點肉汁在內，亦富肉味。配的是Truffle Aioli，醬汁味道不算重，也不稠膩，夾著車打芝士及煙肉增香添味。夾有生菜、蕃茄及紫洋蔥，清甜而不嗆不刺激，恰如其分。

     　　Pan-seared Salmon　$165（單點）    厚身而肉質紥實不鬆散。友人指魚皮十分鹹口，但我只嚐了少許魚肉，不對此多作評論。魚肉部分不腥膩，煮得頗熟，幸好不至乾韌，油感亦不會太重。底下墊有Quinoa，以芝麻添香，另澆了Ginger Scallion Pesto調味，伴有檸檬苦菊沙律。

     　　Cedar River Ribeye Steak Frites　+$155　$345（單點）    是經過四百日穀飼牛的牛肉。整隻手掌的大小，加上充分的厚度，外焦，內顯嫩紅晶亮。鬆化腍身，筋位不多，肉香明顯，富油脂但不膩不膻。伴以薯條，醬汁有自家製大根醬及茄汁兩款可選，不過還是怕太熱氣沒有一試了。

     　　Dessert Corner的兩款小甜點，曲奇及Brownie，頗甜的，好在不至過油。餐牌上沒有怎樣提及，猜想跟很多餐廳做法一樣，每日款式不同。若要單點是日甜品，需加$40，這樣算來，直接點餐似乎划算多了。
    　　鬧市仍舊熱鬧，風雨不改，然後風靜，雨停，少的只是佔位置又有點攻擊性的雨傘。上次跟友人到來，直至這次的再訪，中間經歷的不只風雨。挫折及阻礙，委屈與憤怒，總覺得沒有平靜安穩的一刻。或者要數近來最自在最無掛慮的時間就是這一頓飯，這一天吧？是的，寫文的同時又收到了讓人煩躁的消息，有關金錢上的問題，無故的四位數罰款。雖然沒有做錯任何事情，但想著還是要付錢，以求安寧，日後再無瓜葛。值得，還是不值？
    題外話/補充資料： btw,今次……其實係難得約齊8個人,人多先嗌到主菜 同埋4份3-course夾埋都有12隻生蠔……分哂一人一隻有突……沙律吧真係淺嚐架咋……

       We love the fresh oysters served in the old-fashioned way, with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges; as much as the old fashioned mac n’ cheese over the sloppy joe version, because the latter one is too salty for my liking.
