表姐為老公仔慶生，特意由新加坡飛黎香港，於紐約過江龍「Carbone Hong Kong」大宴家人十多位。入門口到埋位一刻，除咗喺餐牌封面之外，四周都唔多覺眼有餐廳個大名，就連接待處都冇，如果唔係對應到訂座記錄，真係有啲驚自己去錯地方。由升降機大堂通往用餐區必先路經面積頗大嘅酒吧房。兩位忙碌中嘅酒保見小肥影相，仲搞笑地擺哂蒲士，有趣得很。西餐廳用上瓷磚地面，配上皮櫈及洋畫，七彩嘅裝潢個人就覺得睇到有啲眼花花。最靚反而係具歐陸式風味，較傳統嘅吊燈。貼牆一邊有一排半卡位合併式散座，一邊有梳化，另一邊則為有柄嘅椅櫈，望落應最為舒適。女士們提出有一點好奇怪，就係堂內大部份椅櫈冇柄兼有窿，而且弧形椅框冇勾位，基本上冇位放手袋或隨手物，連除下件薄褸都不斷滑落地下，設計頗有問題。細佬慣性地早到，邊等邊研究餐牌。據悉，午市可選二人份量之套餐，三道菜均可選一，價格為$388/位，另收加一服務費。唔想食套餐的話，亦可從兩頁散點餐牌點菜。由於所有菜式都係設計俾食客分黎食，每個位前面早已放有齊備嘅餐具。主人家非常客氣，又開香檳又開紅酒，XO仔睇過酒牌先知咩價位。生日會飲兩杯，慶祝吓原本係件快樂事，無奈當日發生
