Birthday week has started for me and their signature napoleon definitely got my attention. You have to reserve this cake in advance and pay for the cake which also act as the deposit for the reservation($598 vs the usual $200). Luckily, we got a window seat that day.They have a set dinner menu but we decided to order the a la carte menu. They have a set dinner menu but we decided to order the a la carte menu.

The bread basket was a bit larger than this but I ate 1 before the photo.

We ordered the stir fried octopus and squid. The texture was just right without being overcooked.

Their signature spaghetti was definitely great. Not only was it prepared in front of you, the melted cheese together with the hint of truffle was definitely heavely.

We ordered 2 main courses. The lamb rack was cooked just right and remained really tender and juicy.

The skin of the cod was really crispy but the sauce was a bit too salty for this dish. Also for the coriander foam there was not much coriander flavors which was a slight disappointment for a coriander fan.

Next came the the birthday cake. The light of the candle with the sugar caramel decoration was stunning especially with the night harbor as the background. For its aesthetics, definitely 5 or even 6 stars.

However, the flavor was a slight disappointment. The sweetness of the cream was just right. However, the pastry of the napoleon was way too hard. Given it is promoted as their signature and the hefty price, I had some high expectations for the taste of the dessert as well. For the taste, I can only give it 2 to 3 stars and overall I gave this dish 4 stars still.

值得一題係佢同西九文化區入邊嘅Asian French料理餐廳Pano係同一個集團，再加上Pano嘅創辦人同為Palco Ristorante同一人，創辦人ken有27年入廚經驗，先後喺半島酒店入邊嘅Verandah、Chesa、Felix、Gaddi’s任職，之後自立門戶，心得一班名人好似古天樂、發哥、梁朝偉、鄭秀文、周杰倫、黎明、張學友、陳奕迅等等熱捧，即使pano喺逆市開店都冇受影響，所以兩間都係質素有保證嘅餐廳。

以前餐廳下午茶淨係做weekend，最近weekday都試到佢嘅下午茶，適逢朋友生日係揀緊下午茶餐廳時見到呢度無論環境、下午茶定生日蛋糕都好吸引，揀日不如撞日，一於試一試呢間意大利菜餐廳既下午茶。如果係平日早一星期訂位應該有位，成功訂座需要係限期內俾deposit 去confirm booking，deposits 要$200。

餐廳嘅座位有分室內同室外，室內一律采用弧形落地玻璃透入自然光，採光十足，而最吸引就係室外雅座，因為佢嘅位置喺海港城嘅lcx最出面，室外嘅位置就包攬海港城最出嘅海景，坐擁無敵維港海景，晏晝可以望住海景食Tea，夜晚望住海景食晚餐更加有氣氛。座位方面室內既2人枱比較細張，雖然天氣好熱但因為室外景色所以揀出室外雅座，枱同枱距離分隔得宜，部分室外位會有太陽傘，不過要叫服務員就要等佢地望出黎個一刻。

下午茶時段由下午兩點半到五點半，可以坐足三個鐘好似食法國菜咁。下午茶套餐用一個金色三層架盛裝，頂部有一隻金色雀，用白色藍花紋瓷碟放上各式鹹點甜點，刀叉匙羹係簡約黑色，碟係灰色圓坑紋，整體餐枱上餐具同美食互相輝影。

可以跟一般嘅咖啡或茶，茶有提供三款濃茶同三款清茶，全部都係Twinings 呢個品牌，好似Earl Grey、English Breakfast Tea等常見茶品，聽講仲可以跟西瓜汁。
我叫左Earl Grey，飲落係正常既茶，茶味都足夠，Refill完茶味都仲有。

1️⃣ Sea Urchin Tart （👅: 9/10）
海膽撻，係下午茶鹹點海膽算係罕見食材，大小適中，外觀精緻足藝術品，撻內底層食落有Custard，上面放左1.5至2塊既馬糞海膽，入口Creamy，而且有鮮甜既海膽味，係一個幾獨特既鹹點撻。
2️⃣ Mussel Bisque with Saffron （👅: 7.5/10）
青口番紅花法式濃湯，店員教先飲濃湯再食牛角包，之後一層一層食上去。法式濃湯用小杯上枱，湯呈橙黃色，溫度溫唔辣口，飲落味道的確好濃，不過就越飲越覺鹹，同埋唔趁熱飲凍左之後會有小小腥味。。
3️⃣ Lobster Salad Croissant with Avocado （👅: 9/10）

Lobster Salad Croissant with Avocado

牛角包配牛油果醬同龍蝦沙律，牛油果同龍蝦沙律都係分開上，可以按自己喜好加幾多落牛角包到，如果係兩個人份量佢會比2個牛角包，但3個人佢會比4個牛角包。牛角包食落鬆化，有小小牛油味，龍蝦沙律食到粒粒龍蝦肉，爽口鮮甜，而牛油果磨成蓉，入口Creamy，而且食到淡淡既柚子味，食落清新，牛角包加上龍蝦同牛油果醬，味道幾夾，配合得好，食落係一道幾開胃既前菜。
4️⃣ Homemade Salmon Sandwiches with Caviar（👅: 9/10）
自家製魚子醬三文魚夾包，三文魚係下午茶鹹點好常見食材，不過呢個三文魚食落帶微微油香，入口幾甘甜，配搭魚子醬，整體味道略帶微鹹，不過鮮味提升唔少，而底層既麵包片中和當中鹹味，平衝幾好。
5️⃣ Foie Gras Terrine with Figs Macaron （👅: 9/10）
鵝肝醬配無花果馬卡龍，用馬卡龍托底，鵝肝醬份量慷慨，食落綿密奶滑，食到既係鵝肝既香味而唔係騷味，油香味足夠，頂層有無花果果肉點綴，整體鹹甜同時刺激，係一個配搭新鮮味道出奇地夾既鹹點馬卡龍。
6️⃣ Deep-fired Taro Chips with Sichuan Mala Crabs Meat （👅: 8/10）

四川麻辣蟹肉芋片，脆片呈U形裝有一堆蟹肉，大細適中可以一啖入口，蟹肉滿滿食落夠新鮮，不過四川麻辣味就唔太覺，整體係一個有創意配搭既鹹點。

1️⃣ Tiramisu （👅: 8/10）
呢間係意大利菜餐廳，所以可以見到甜點有Tiramisu，食落口感偏濕潤，咖啡味適中，食到小小lady finger底層既酒味幾濃，整體係比較多cream小啲蛋糕，不過有食過更出色既Tiramisu既mascarpone cheese cream會做得更出色。
2️⃣ Wild Berries Puff （👅: 8/10）

Wild Berries Puff

係一個綜合野莓果香泡芺，外表紅卜卜，泡芺內夾有吉士醬、粒粒士多啤梨、忌廉，食落夠清新，入口唔膩，泡芺軟身酥化，咬落脆身，不過如果無吉士醬整體味道可以會更好。
3️⃣ Handcrafted Mango and Jasmine Tea Tart （👅: 7.5/10）
係一個芒果配茉莉花茶手作撻，食落茉莉花茶味唔算突出，不過芒果味就好突出，整體芒果既酸味會搶過其他味道，但芒果既鮮甜味就唔太食到。不過撻食落就酥脆，食完唔會膩口。
4️⃣ Earl Grey Tea Cream Swiss Roll （👅: 8/10）

係一個伯爵茶瑞士卷，大小係可以一啖放入口，忌廉蛋糕食落幾軟熟，食到伯爵茶味不過略嫌唔夠濃。

Homemade Scones with Cream & Jam

Scones分別係提子乾同原味，食落唔算有驚喜，食過更出色既文華Scones、Tiffany Blue Box Cafe既煙肉Scones同Grandma's Scones既特別口味Scones，呢個Scones食落就比較乾同實，未到好硬，大小比較細份，食完唔會太過濟。
不過失望既係佢比既係普通cream而唔係clotted cream，Jam係用上Raspberry而唔係士多啤梨，食落就正常唔會太甜太膩。
6️⃣ Lemon Sorbet （👅: 8/10）

呢個甜點會同Black Truffle Egg Ice Cream係食到一半時同時上。
造型細緻，用半個小檸檬做原型，第一啖食落好酸，之後酸味會逐漸化淡轉為酸甜味，食得出係用新鮮檸檬汁製作，食落清新，可以Refresh一下味蕾，不過下面既海鹽如果分量羅唔岩食落又會有啲鹹，同埋有啲人會接受唔到呢種酸味。
7️⃣ Black Truffle Egg Ice Cream （👅: 9/10）

Black Truffle Egg Ice Cream

黑松露雪糕係其中一樣有驚喜嘅甜品，本身冇食過依個配搭，但係食落非常有驚喜，松露雪糕上層有少量白松露片，底層有少量花生脆片，而雪糕球夾係中間，同時入口，會食到雪糕既順滑、夾雜住脆片既輕脆，再加上味道濃郁既松露香味，咁多款甜品最出色，平時黑松露都會係熱食，不過呢個凍食松露味都係咁香，黑松露味道不斷係口腔徘徊，要挑剔既係雪糕溶得幾快。

會黎Palco Ristorante食下午茶，其中一個原因係因為喺網上見到依個拔絲拿破崙蛋糕，適逢朋友嘅生日所以預約依度嘅下午茶同呢個蛋糕，因為功序繁複，所以呢個蛋糕需要提前3日預約，唔一定食下午茶先有，食LUNCH SET都可以預約呢個蛋糕。
蛋糕做得精緻之餘，打卡一流，成件藝術品咁，驟眼睇仲以為係燈飾。呢個一磅既芒果拿破崙蛋糕，最特別係外邊比好似藝術品既麥芽糖牆包住，影完相之後，店員會幫手分碟，會將拿破崙嘅麥芽糖拔絲打碎，麥芽糖都溶得幾快，拿破崙食落個皮好酥脆，吉士醬好幼滑而且帶蛋香味，配上酸酸甜甜嘅苺，整體唔錯不過麥芽糖食落有啲痴牙，略嫌有啲甜。

🌟 總括黎講，鹹點比甜點出色，可能因為餐廳本主打意大利菜同法國菜，鹹點都係用上一啲常用既高級食材好似鵝肝、龍蝦、魚子醬、海膽、黑松露等等，而且每件食物都好精緻，令到可以食到有質素而且有驚喜既鹹點，選材矜貴，甚至比起酒店下午茶更加有High Tea感，誠意度十足，鹹點用呢啲矜貴食材都會配搭較清既配料，味道平衡，油份唔重，鹹度適中，非常出色。而甜點就只有Black Truffle Egg Ice Cream同Tiramisu有融入意大利菜既特色，Tiramisu食落算普通對比起香港更出色既Tiramisu，Black Truffle Egg Ice Cream係一道有驚喜利用到意大利菜常用既黑松露既甜點，其他甜點就正常發揮。

服務方面，餐廳服務非常好，因為影相途中將自己既龍蝦湯倒瀉左，店員唔止幫手清理同換過新枱布之外，仲重新比過一杯龍蝦湯比我。另外因為我地坐係室外位，食食下落微微雨，我地要求轉去無人坐有大傘位，店員都非常樂意安排，而且要求幫手影合照店員都樂意，食過咁多間茶餐既下午茶，呢間既服務令我記憶猶新。

訂位方面除左電話可以訂位，官方IG都有提供LINK可以訂位。另外一提因為餐廳係海港城嘅餐廳，所以可以用海港城嘅coupon，$50既Cash Coupon滿$100就可以用一張，最多可以用六張，即係差唔多$300嘅價錢，用完每人大概係$200到，變相係超值嘅下午茶。

Love the environment and vibes. Nice interior and harbour view as well👍🏻 I was quite impressed by all the dishes and service! Appetiser /Squid-ink crispy chip with sea urchin and lard $198/Sea urchin so sweet and creamy. Spaghetti perfectly cooked al denote. I was addicted to the sauce which is so rich in cheese and black truffle. The shaved fresh black truffle further lifted the flavour💯 not only does it taste good but the whole cooking process is so presentable and appealing🔥

Ordered medium rare and it’s definitely the right temperature. So juicy and tender🥩 love the black truffle sauce as well👍🏻just one point to note is the bitterness from the grilled surface🤔 it would be great if the burnt part can be avoided.

One of the must try (?) the plating is so attractive but personally think that it does not worth its price... it’s such a little piece of napoleon 🌚 it tastes okay but really can’t tell anything special about it expect its presentation...
