題外話/補充資料： There are some new Chinese waiters who don't speak cantonese and not very good English, which feels inconvenient considering in a five-star hotel .

忙了一個星期，來到週末，能與好友邊傾計邊嘆個悠長午餐或下午茶就最開心。早前一個週末就與朋友相約在NOBU來個開心午餐聚。有別傳統日本料理餐廳，NOBU的日菜屬較新派帶點fusion。除了日本，分店版圖在香港和北京，以至英、美、澳、歐、中東，及連南非都有，厲害。香港NOBU店有著洲際酒店的地利，窗前就是星光大道，食客可以透過大玻璃欣賞到中環至銅鑼灣一帶的美麗維港景色。雖然這日天色灰灰看不到藍天，但面對如此開陽景致用餐還是會讓人特別心曠神怡的。這裡週一至週六都serve 同一樣的lunch menu，在週日就另有Sunday set lunch。午市套餐選擇算頗多，有丼定食，壽司定食，便當盒等。午市定價大部分都約兩百多至三百多元一份，不過當然特色和特選套餐除外。想一次過滿足多個願望的我們都同樣看上了可以自選配搭的便當盒午餐。在6款冷盤和6款熱盤中可以各選3款，另包括湯和白飯，$388一份。冷盤便當的選擇以魚類為主。我的選擇是霜降燒金槍魚腩刺身配柚子味噌（左），香辣金槍魚刺身沙律（中）和帆立貝牛油果卷伴酢橘松露蛋醬（右）。霜降燒金槍魚腩刺身配柚子味噌，雖然這柚子味噌頗清甜，但我覺得

霜降燒金槍魚腩刺身配柚子味噌，雖然這柚子味噌頗清甜，但我覺得toro本身已經肥美油脂甘香，不蘸味噌都很夠美味。

香辣金槍魚刺身沙律，用料新鮮，濃濃的香辣微酸salad dressing味道帶點南美菜的影子呢。

帆立貝牛油果卷伴酢橘松露蛋醬是我3款冷盤中最喜歡的。除了小卷賣相精緻，帆立貝很多鮮甜嫩滑，整體味道很清新。

Hotate avocado roll with sudachi truffle egg sauce

熱盤同樣又是6選3。我選了慢煮美國牛肉伴粟米餅（左），銀雪魚西京燒（中）和海蝦天婦羅配柚子胡椒醋汁（右）。熱盤與麵豉湯和白飯一起上。

慢煮美國牛肉伴粟米餅，taco包著又juicy又濃肉香的牛肉粒，加上微微香辣的醬汁，實在美味。

銀雪魚西京燒是這裡的名物，既然便當有這選擇，沒理由不點來吃吧。銀雪魚燒得外香脆而肉質超嫩滑鮮甜，吃得大滿足呢。

Black cod saikyo yaki

海蝦天婦羅配柚子胡椒醋汁，炸得一點不油膩，蝦肉也算鮮甜，味道算不錯，但如果炸粉可以再薄些我會更喜歡。

本身這個自選便當午餐是沒有包括甜品的。不過午市大家能以$100加一個甜品便當，一盒有3件由廚師安排的甜品。朋友這日就選了一客甜品便當，是一件黑朱古力撻，一球雪糕和一件macaron。而我就從全日供應的甜品menu中的創意甜品list選了Tofu-san / 瀛蜜•營物($148)。

單看這甜品的名字，已經覺得吸引，原來賣相亦都相當精緻。黑豆豆腐雪糕帶清新豆香，與軟綿綿香滑甜美的栗子蓉和新鮮無花果，還有黑豆脆脆片，這道甜品的各樣食材味道和質感加起來都很夾，而且吃完一點不會覺得膩，質感輕盈。

除了食物讓人吃得滿意，用餐環境舒適，服務亦有禮和親切。這裡的確適合與朋友相約在此邊吃邊聊聊天。

This was a surprise dinner for my best friend, the bride-to-be & we picked this renowned Japanese restaurant in town as the environment there is phenomenal.We don't have very high expectation @ Nobu since we understood that fusion food can't please everyone so we just focus on ordering something special...in special sauce they mix & match. Yuzu Miso-Toro - the taste was good yet I still prefer the ordinary Toro sashimi better Hot Miso chip set - Tuna & Scallop - delicious & different! Spicy Tu

一年一度的端午節又來臨，難得在星期中有一天假期，因此計劃與太太先到祈望已久的洲際Nobu試吃一頓日式午餐,然後再去看一場Openrice送贈戲票的電影"前度",就這樣我倆度過了一個優閒的公眾假期。古語有云「未食五月糉,寒衣不入櫳」,端午節過後,天氣將會份外炎熱,最適宜先吃些俱消暑解熱的生冷食物,因此很想找一處環境較佳而又不會太擠迫的日式餐廳去享受一頓午餐,最終決定選址在曾入選過全球最佳餐廳十大的Nobu。此餐廳並沒有裝潢華麗的修飾,反而帶有海洋色彩。天花板面砌上旋渦的圖案作海洋主題,以梅花間竹的裝飾將海洋和貝殼代表的陸地分隔著; 牆上滿佈著密麻麻的氣泡圖案,可感受到設計師愛享受陽光與海灘的程度。年輕的女侍應安排我倆座在靠近落地玻璃窗附近的圓餐桌,除了能觀賞整個維港景色外,最難得的是餐廳座落於二樓,亦能透過身後那塊落地玻璃,從上而下鳥瞰部份位於地庫的Habourside自助餐廳及地下的Spoon法國餐廳部份區域,極富時代與空間感,印像中,能有這樣穿透不同層數的酒店餐廳設計並不常見,亦見心思。男侍應在我倆正當坐下的同時,已經遞上餐牌。以往我倆喜愛要兩份不一樣的套餐,為的是可以互相分享及嘗試

男侍應在我倆正當坐下的同時,已經遞上餐牌。以往我倆喜愛要兩份不一樣的套餐,為的是可以互相分享及嘗試不同食物所帶來的味覺感受,但是次和以往不同的是我倆因太愛吃和牛了,Nobu Lunch所供應的三款套餐中,就只有Nobu Matshuisa Bento Box包含和牛漢堡,曾一度想過應否為了一個和牛漢堡而要這個套餐,因為預期自己會吃到鞋口的烤鱸魚,可惜自已又較為愛吃另款一套餐的銀鱈魚西京燒,經過一番極速思量,最終仍是選擇了這個 Nobu Matsuhisa Bento Box。當我們一想到"便當"盒內那六個食物格的面積時,和牛漢堡的份量有多大已心中有數。由於我倆都是食肉獸,不禁心裡自問那區區一格"便當"盒的和牛份量,真的能夠滿足我們嗎?太太本來向侍應示意要一個Nobu Hong Kong Bento Box的,最終因為看在"和牛漢堡"的份上選擇了和我一樣的套餐。以下便是Nobu Matshuisa Bento Box所供應的六款食物:

當侍應把套餐放到我們的跟前,順帶來一個溫馨提示,建議我們順序先從熱食吃起。提外話,當時年輕女侍應捧著"便當盒"送到我倆的跟前時,從她面部反應,是絲毫沒有一絲笑容,甚至望向經理時有一點緊張,因為經理也同時在場,但當離開時,明顯地放鬆了心情,也開漸露一絲絲笑容。希望一眾資深的經理們不要給侍應帶來太大的壓力,食客是感受得到的。每個入行的侍應,包括一眾經理也曾有過新入行上手的過程,將心比己嘛。

Grilled Seabass with Genmai Salsa:賣相甚有墨西哥式風味的烤鱸魚,是以烤製方式來烹調。廚師放了一些已混合了甘荀粒、洋蔥碎、青椒碎、紅蔥粒及蕃茄碎的圓米飯內來作配料裝飾, 一般烤過的鱸魚肉質大多都是"鞋實實"的,但這裡的烤鱸魚卻烹調得出奇地夠水準。雖然鱸魚天生肉質的嫩滑及多汁程度不及銀鱈魚,但這裡的烤鱸魚是甚少有的爽滑,在肉質方面看來亦有點像銀鱈魚,魚味濃郁亦有點魚油香,不知其產地來自何方呢!帶酸味的墨西哥式配料圓米有點咬口,甚至有點吃著素飯的感覺。

Wagyu Burger Steak:熱切期待的和牛漢堡卻是令人有點失望,首先沿著漢堡邊嘴嚼,邊位的肉質頗為乾實,其漢堡帶有一點薑味。幸而中間的位置尚算有點鬆軟,但鬆軟的程度與時新快餐店比較下還有一段距離,不竟這是烤過漢堡嘛! (或許是忘記吩附侍應所要的生熟程度,但侍應應有責任詢問食客嘛!)

。但最想反映的是牛味肯定是有,並且完全沒有半點渣滓,但和牛的味道不夠明顯,可幸中間部份的漢堡,仍能保留少量的肉汁。配菜的蘿蔔蓉有助減低油膩感覺,本菇的菇菌味道亦相當濃郁,只是我的焦點是漢堡而不是那些配菜。

Grilled Shrimp with Spinach Salad and Dried Miso:無論用來墊底的菜又或是燒蝦味道都是一絕。燒蝦散發出誘人的焦香,烤過的味道亦相當濃烈,其爽實的鮮蝦肉味道令人回味,連蝦殼也不會錯過,除了剩如的尾部外,真想整隻連帶蝦殼照樣吞下肚。說到乾麵鼓菜,更加是"估佢唔到",乾麵鼓的味道激似煙肉,微辛之中帶鹹重,如能將乾麵鼓的鹹味減少,效果相信會更加好。

House Special Maki:主要由三種不同顏色、不同種類的魚生再加上的玉子、青瓜及蟹子組成的雜錦壽司,看來平平無其但內餡卻是味道豐富。將壽司放進口裡慢慢的嘴嚼,嚐到的先是玉子散發出一絲綿甜綿的口感和味道,然後是三種魚生帶來極鮮的魚味,外層除了包著紫菜外,另外再用一塊片得透薄的蘿蔔環卷著。蘿蔔卷、青瓜及蟹子增加了壽司的爽口感覺。為這個雜錦壽司集齊鮮"甜"爽口於一身。

Spicy Tuna Salad:辣味吞拿魚沙律其秘製醬汁中,帶點含酸辣的泡菜味道,但酸辣的程度沒一般泡菜來得重手。醬汁並沒淹蓋吞拿魚那鮮濃的魚味,味道豐富之極。說Nobu是Fusion菜真的一點也沒說錯。與含醋酸的沙律配菜混合來吃,新鮮又健康。吞拿魚粒的份量也不少呢!

Yellowtail SashimiJalaerño:相對其它食物是較為遜息了。從前在加國旅遊時,在Bloor St.光顧過一間韓國菜館,吃過平生以來最好吃魚味最濃郁誘人的Yellowtail,由那時開始便認為世上最好吃的魚生就是Yellowtail,從始便對Yellowtail留下極為深刻的印像。不知怎的,在香港未曾能再回味過這種味道。這裡的Yellowtail Sashimi近乎沒甚魚味,但確是很爽滑。它們的醬汁主要是以醋酸及青辣椒的辣味道為主,但醬汁再好,也沒有意思,更何況醬汁只是一般,味道令人大失所望。

麵鼓湯:湯內可嚐到兩條本菇及數粒滑硬適中的豆腐,是一般麵鼓湯的味道,

啤酒雪糕配花生酥:這個甜品並不是套餐包含的,需要自行另叫。幸好在出發前溜灠過Openrice的網頁才知道有這一特式甜品,因為餐牌內並未有刊載這一款甜品供應。總是覺得完美的套餐應該要包括甜品在內的, 再者也覺得啤酒雪糕較一般雪糕較有特色。極之喜愛這個甜品,它沒帶有一般啤酒的苦澀味道,而麥芽味是相當的濃郁。據餐廳經理所形容,Nobu與日本新瀉縣一間名為北雪的酒廠合作,以OEM方式生產Nobu品牌啤酒,只會供應給全球Nobu分店。吃時緊記淋上輕帶果甜的桃汁於甜品內,會發現冰凍的雪糕含一種果麥的味道。花生酥內的花生味道較想像中淡,有種粉酥的味道及口感。餐廳經理其後更請我倆一嘗Nobu品牌啤酒，冰凍的啤酒味道果然與啤酒雪糕亙相呼應。

總括來說,NOBU SUNDAY LUNCH SET會較是次的NOBU Matsuhisa Bento Box 抵吃。論是次所吃的這個套餐,好吃的仍佔大多數,是否抵吃則見仁見志。有一點倒想提及,對比NOBU 在洲際酒店的官方網頁上所放上的舊午餐牌,不難發現加價的幅度令人咋舌,不知當我完成這一個食評後,來年還歡不歡迎我續會員卡呢! 是次已會員卡結脹的總數是$772
