The Pizza Project 開咗新分店喺灣仔星街，呢間店坐得更加舒服同chill，brunch menu 170蚊，兩個人可以揀一個前菜、一個沙律、兩個pizza、兩個甜品，Truffle Pizza 非常之有松露香同portobello mushroom 嘅菇菌香，甜品Nutella Gnocco Fritto又係唔可以錯過，非常之香脆煙韌！⁣First time trying out their new Wan Chai location in Star Street - the seating was very comfy with a relaxed atmosphere. The brunch menu included one starter, one salad, two pizzas, and two desserts. The Carbonara Pizza was always good, but the Truffle Pizza with potatoes, portobello mushroom, and freshly shaved truffle

環境氣氛食客都非常西式嘅餐廳，店員用英文溝通，食客有不少外藉人士，整個用餐廳體驗幾chill，亦會按進餐流程逐步上菜，餐廳不收服務費，大家記得俾tips啊☺️。星期日Brunch tasting menu- Table for two $170 each- Appetiser x 1- Salad x 1- Pizza x 2- Dessert x 2Ham and Melon••••••18-month Parma ham，入門級基本風乾月份嘅parma ham，鹹香軟綿，配上甜到漏的蜜瓜一齊食，完美配搭。Project Salad••••••非常清新開胃嘅黑醋沙律，有小蕃茄、青瓜，生菜翠綠爽脆新鮮，superfood牛油果熟成度剛好，入口似牛油咁軟滑🤤。Carbonara Pizza••••••心心眼啊😍賣相100分，好治療好吸引眼球🤩每一塊都鋪上鵪鶉蛋同煙肉，好邪惡，蕃茄醬屬於好raw好自然嗰種，絕對唔係茄汁嗰種嘅假甜😌。香脆批底有一定咬口，但唔算十分厚身，餡料餅底比例幾balance。Truffle Pizza(+$40)••••••Oh my god！呢個更癲😛一片片滿滿的松露
