嗨!食蠔控朋友,我搞到一間蠔得嚟蠔得嘅地兒-八蠔樂宴,話唔埋要同大家分享下!首先落嚟嘅,係三款唔同種類嘅生蠔,每款都彈牙得嚟唔腥,新鮮過直接由海裏跳出嚟!加埋檸檬汁,真係鮮味爆燈💥!跟住上嚟嘅,係巴馬火腿蜜瓜,嚟緊整個口感平衡到拍手叫好。意大利🇮🇹高級火腿同甜美蜜瓜🍈,一鹹一甜,完美組合!最後係西班牙海鮮炒飯,海鮮新鮮,飯粒分明,量足夠得滯,夠晒著數。而份炒飯,多咗芝士白汁,一啖落去,口感滑嘟嘟,簡直係多層次嘅享受🤤!當晚服務員都幾有善,講解地道,肚皮飽满走出嚟,係滿足到點。下次再嚟,我仲要試下其他嘅招牌菜色呢!好啦,各位食好西咯!👋🏻

Heard about this place both from friends and on openrice and must say it didn't disappoint. The oysters definitely impressed me; they are all beautifully shucked, with the adductor muscle cleanly cut from the shells, hence very easy and convenient to consume, all I needed to do it to slurp them down and enjoy the sweet after taste. Literally the best oysters I've ever had. I ordered 5 pcs of gillardeau and 5 pieces of carlingford, and both are unique in personality. The other dishes I enjoyed with much delish as well - the snack platter with its chorizo, olives and different variants of cheese was a pleasant surprise, on top of the foie gras which was quite impressive. Will be back!

Visited this restaurant again after a long while ... can only say that the food is now even better! The mussels are accompanied by a great laksa sauce, which I do not usually find here, because most restaurants usually offer only white wine sauce. Really enjoyed the laksa taste, which was surprisingly not too spicy as well, which is suitable for Hong Kong people. For the lobser risotto -the risotto is also cooked perfectly with pieces of shrimps in addition to the lobster, which made the dish very flavourful. The restaurant also offers a great promotion. My boyfriend and I shared a wonderful 18 oysters because it was a buy 1 dozen and get half dozen oysters FREE. Very worth it!

抗疫疲勞,所以找了小餐廳食一頓好的。再來,味道依然讚,品質依然高,地方還是cosy衛生, 不多人所以感覺安全。我特別喜歡。。。頭盆💗cheesy garlic toast 🤤好味然後💖oysters 🤤好甜 - 帥哥提醒不可以空肚食喔👍主食💖steak 🤤好好味甜品💕tiramisu 🤤好滿足希望聖誕節可以再來🙏

I am extremely addicted to this cozy oyster-bar! Raw Bar No 8 is unlike any big scale Italian/French oyster-bar or steakhouse, it certainly has very unique personality serving French and Irish oysters, plus a small selection of hot dishes. According to the waitress, they only serve 5 to 6 types of oysters so that everything will get sold out every 2 days and new stock will arrive, this is the best way to ensure freshness and quality. Many oyster-bars in hk would serve 10 or even 20 types of oysters, most stock will end up in the fridge for more than a week! I have tried all their main dishes so far, rib-eye steak is USDA Prime cut with strong beefy flavor, the pork chop is Spanish Iberico, black cod is definitely higher grade than silver cod as i understand most restaurants in hk serve silver cod instead, lastly the lobster risotto is an absolute comfort food! they dont have big selection of wine but i am happy with cloudy bay and two rivers - both are awarding winning if i am not wrong. in recent weeks they are offering some promotions - buy one dozen get half a dozen free oh my god i am so grateful that i am living nearby in sheung wan!
