14/2(六) 7pm都怪自己貪慕虛榮,挑了這家來頭甚顯赫的中日私房菜,情況劣如把自己送上斷頭臺.預定了情人節套餐$380一位,菜式如下:喜悅相思,體貼入微,窩心燉湯,山盟海哲,心心相印,甜酸與共,鴛鴦茨寶及甜甜蜜蜜喜悅相思--海哲拌雞肉及少量海苔,以鹹蓋全的一味!體貼入微--中型以日本蕃薯墊底同炸,色澤帶金,蝦肉及蝦膠味鮮彈口,唯油份略甚...窩心燉湯--白蘿蔔瑤柱冬菇燉湯,湯色清澈,湯味屬清甜派.山盟海哲--即關東煮,其材料如魚片及竹輪,質地有如浸泡透的麵包,索然無味,苟且得很!心心相印--以崩硬的炸麵粉籃盛載著梳打牛柳,不屑入口!甜酸與共--嗆喉的甜酸魚用上石斑塊,本質不俗;已屬較能吃得下的一味!鴛鴦茨寶--稠身糊口的芡誠然教人倒胃...甜甜蜜蜜--厚皮糯米糯搭襯桂花什豆糕,另一粗製濫造之作...坐於臨時帳篷下,氣氛不怎麼優雅.這頓情人晚宴,壓根兒自作孽...

2月14日情人節諗住跟老公搵d特別嘢食. 睇到 web 有好嘢介紹 "主打富中日特色的新派私房菜" 所以去試下. Price : HK$580/person 8道菜包了一杯紅酒.頭盤 : 雞絲粉皮 -- 好咸其他 : 蝦 -- 好細隻 五柳魚塊 -- 好酸 日式煮物 -- 食獅子狗魚旦 -- 伍佰幾蚊食意d嘢, 勁離譜 太極飯 -- 用回五柳魚塊的酸汁 -- 無誠意埋單勁慢勁混亂, 超過 20mins, 焗住多入15mins咪標.總括 : 價錢與食物材料不合理, 味道一般, 言過其實. 好失望.

If $380 per person is charged, I do expect a lot more than:- not organised for reservations - it didn't seem to me that I've booked at all- furniture - well, I guess I expect some solid tables & chairs than folding table + chairs with seat covers (some kind of disguise??)- the 1st course - tiger prawn on papaya: the mayonaise was very disappointing as it tasted like straight from the bottle. Can the cook blend in a bit of mango and make a sauce that's not so heavy and special?- the other d
