呢個紅豆包真係好正!包皮鬆軟,咬下去非常輕盈,裡面嘅紅豆餡香甜適中,唔會太膩。豆沙質地細膩,口感滑順,搭配包皮實在係一流。吃起來有種懷舊感,令人想起童年時光。無論係早餐定下午茶,配杯茶或咖啡都好適合,真係一個唔錯嘅選擇,值得一試!

今日中午放飯都唔知食咩好,行左輪都係走咗去唐記買飯食,中午時間去到都唔係好多人排隊,所以都好快。而且佢做到酒樓嘅味道價錢有非常之平真係好抵。我揀咗個鳳爪排骨飯。呢個都算係中式飯嘅經典之選。同埋食落都好夠味, 店員仲會好細心問你使唔使加豉油同埋菜。價錢都好平23蚊有找。 我見佢最近做緊一個雙拼飯係可以鳳爪排骨蒸肉餅,但係我11點10去到佢已經賣曬,,唯有下次再試下啦。 整體嚟講。平靚正之選,期待下次試個新款飯。

This is the recent popular hit from “Tong Kei Bao Dim”! “Ovaltine chocolate steam Bao” This restaurant mainly made Chinese style bread, this time, it creates a breakthrough and makes this fusion bread which mix eastern and western dessert together which is so creative!The outer layer was soft, the inner chocolate was surprisingly not too sweet, yet the overall combinations wasn’t really outstanding. It cannot lure me from buying it again! It’s just a gimmick and marketing strategy to crossover steam Bao and ovaltine, yet you have to admit this was quite successful as I saw many people line up in front of the store just for this “BAO”.

是日在上水辦妥事後,打算到粉嶺探望嬸婆,嬸婆著我先在上水買個肉餅飯給她,老人家喜歡吃,總得想想法子。 就在巴士總站附近找到這家唐記,看到梅菜肉餅飯祇賣$17元,記起嬸婆提過好像不錯,見有好些人在排隊,看來品質該有點保證,就在這裡買吧。趁排隊的空檔留心一看,發現這家分店的價格好像比婆婆那邊的唐記便宜哦。既然排了隊,當然不只買一個盒飯,還順道買了兩個點心和數個凍包點。這些凍包點是留給嬸婆放冰箱作備用早點的,老人家愛吃芋頭和蕃薯,特意挑了一個香芋包和一個蕃薯包給她。她說香芋包餡料豐滿,口感滑溜不很甜。 蕃薯包餡料很澎湃,有蕃薯的香味,包身亦軟軟的很好吃。而榨菜肉包的餡料微辣而爽口,鮮香惹味也好吃。燒賣每粒均含蝦仁,肉質富彈性,既有肉香又滋味。梅菜肉餅飯$17,嬸婆喜歡吃肉餅,拌飯香軟容易進食,飯旁放一撮新鮮蔬菜,為健康增值。 米飯粒粒分明,軟硬適中,果真不錯吃。咸魚肉餅飯$17,肉餅好像比梅菜那個小一點,肉香濃郁,加上咸魚獨特香氣,不錯吃。山竹牛肉$14, 牛肉球加入馬蹄、蔥粒,肉質軟彈有肉汁,好吃。

真係去到邊都有我最鍾意嘅點心蒸飯專門店,今次就買晒一家大細嘅份量,返屋企同屋企人食飯。啱啱做完嘢就有一間唐記包點在附近,就根據家人的指示買了幾款蒸飯和包類、點心。餐牌非常清晰,分門別類列明食物及圖片,原來包類都有超過十多款,多款選擇。我們就一口氣點了差不多$200的美食,非常豐富!奶皇包表面都見到係奶黃色,一眼就認得出佢。食落去奶黃帶一點流心質感,味道香濃。還有菜肉包及馬拉糕,拿上手還是很熱的!蒸飯一共有八款選擇,我們分別叫了四款,當中的北菇雞飯雞件非常多,整盒飯是滿滿的,雞肉質感滑嫩,味道很新鮮。最後我和家人都食到捧住肚,非常飽及滿足!
