我真係好唔開心,去過大壹燒鵝食竹羊腩飯兩次,心情完全由期待變成失望。第一次去食飯時,我已經感覺到啲餐廳嘅衛生狀況唔太好,唔小心食到一根頭髮。雖然我默挑走,但心裏唔舒服,始終覺得食物應該保持基本的衛生標準。當時我以為只係偶然事件,想著可能下次會好啲。第二次再去,我本來期望能夠改善,但情況更衰!上菜後見到兩條彎曲、疑似陰毛的東西,令我完全無法再食下去!好明顯呢啲係衛生問題,食物出現這種情況簡直難以接受。對於呢家餐廳,食物質素和衛生狀況真係令人質疑。

今日母親話想休息一天唔煮飯😉所以我放工就去左大一會合我母親同父親喇😗我地三個叫左人頭餸😚😋啫啫通菜煲餐廳好有諗頭先上左個砂煲🥘再將煮好既通菜倒落去,再係客人面前炒香啲蝦米、肉碎同埋菜😊非常之有鑊氣😍😋拔絲咕嚕肉個拔絲汁酸酸甜甜好開胃🤤碟咕嚕肉仲要有無花果又有菠蘿配襯,食左粒肉再食生果又可以減左啲油膩感啦😉😋碧綠龍躉斑球呢個碧綠呢可以選擇荷蘭豆🫛或者西蘭花🥦而今日我地就揀左西蘭花🥦斑球都有好多舊,舊舊都好厚身,仲要一啲都唔腥😜👍🏻整體黎講,係馬鞍山區呢間既炒餸食飯都算數一數二👍🏻舔舔脷指數👉🏻6.5😋/10😋滿分 可以一試😋

以前喺馬鞍山住時每隔1到2個禮拜必定去食喺沙田區內真係無邊間有依個水準👍🏻今次係老公想食燒鵝,姊妹同姐夫想食酸菜魚就揀左大壹燒鵝😚叫左唔係好多都係4樣嘢1️⃣例牌燒鵝鵝皮烤後啱出爐嘅燒鵝味極香,形成燒到金黃酥脆的表面保持了肉質的鮮嫩。再加上酸梅醬唔係食肉獸嘅我一食都食左4舊。2️⃣豆豉鯪魚油麥菜鯪魚鮮美同油麥菜的清新,每啖都充滿驚喜。無論是作為主菜還是配菜,豆豉鯪魚油麥菜都能令人愛不釋手所謂食唔停。3️⃣酸菜魚雖然天氣好似涼咗,但我地一向怕熱。都要食酸酸辣辣嘅菜令我地有胃口。今次其酸辣鮮香嘅酸菜魚,主要魚和酸菜酸菜的脆嫩和魚肉的鮮嫩形成鮮明對比口感豐富。4️⃣椒鹽鮮魷椒鹽的咸香與魷魚本身的鮮味,配合得好好炸得乾身酥脆,配啤酒一流🍻整體評價⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went here with my family for lunch on Easter Monday. .My mom got Kitchen One Roast Goose Rice. The goose was meaty and succulent with a crispy red skin. The balance of the meat and fat in the portion was just right. My dad ordered Singapore-Style Noodles. The noodles emitted an aromatic scent from the curry sauce. He found the dish not particularly exceptional though. .The store was quite popular, so we waited for a while before we could be seated. Personally I thought the food in their Causeway Branch tastier, yet the meal we had was still satisfying overall!

見到好多人都話佢嘅「拔絲咕嚕肉」好好食,所以特登嚟試吓,兩個人食唔到好多嘢,叫多碟燒鵝飯拔絲咕嚕肉-果然係拔絲,名不虛傳,咕嚕肉外脆內軟,除了肉,仲有菠蘿、蕎頭、無花果,覺得依個餸好有心思燒鵝飯-可能唔係髀,所以冇乜肉食,得兩三舊有肉,大部份都係皮,不過啲皮都好好食蔥蓉同個甜豉油汁撈飯好好食紅豆冰-紅豆軟綿綿,好多紅豆,唔會過甜,味道啱啱好❤️好好食😋👍🏻下次再嚟過❤️P.S 依度啲侍應都好好人
