For some reasons I have to go to 將軍澳 from time to time in the past few months and I usually grab a quick lunch at this Fairwood store. All I want to say is that it is the most well managed fast food store I have ever seen and its quality is sustainable over a long period of time (at least the last 6 months). It is always very clean (not easy for a fast food store) and the staffs (from the cashier to the staffs behind the food stand to the cleaning ladies) are always proactive, polite, helpful and efficient! The kitchen staffs must be good too as the food quality is always well maintained (hot when served and nicely set). Here is a classic example.... after I am done with the meal and am about to drink my tea/coffee, usually the cleaning lady will come and take away my tray (this is the case in Canteen and Cafe de Coral and maybe some other Fairwood stores). In this store, the cleaning lady will approach and politely offer me a toothpick instead of rushing me to leave by collecting the tray! Obviously the store manager and maybe the district director have done a good job and are valuable assets to the group!
