//27 06 24 晴天🌞15:30 銅鑼灣 摩理臣山道大雞食堂雞扒天堂 ☺︎平時出𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵通常都係主攻牛肉，但今次我要大推嘅係「銅鑼灣」呢間「大雞食堂」，一塊好食嘅生燒雞扒喺「香港」真係少之又少。但佢正正做到我心目中「𝘕𝘰.1」想要嘅風味同口感，而且連撈丁都整得相當出色。親民嘅價錢 & 完美嘅味道，終於就成為我係港島區首選開餐嘅食堂啊！🔻招牌蔥油雞扒撈丁 + 熱茶走 HKD$65ꕀ雞扒外皮燒到金黃色 一望就已經知道脆卜卜裏面肉質好嫩好滑 而且冇雪味 當雞皮油份慢慢滲入雞肉 食起嚟真係超級香勁似𝘉𝘉𝘘燒嘢食嗰陣味撈丁時間控制得剛剛好 爽口唔腍蔥油比得夠闊佬 完全可以撈晒成個麵重點唔會死鹹兼無油立立感覺有混合咗麻油同胡椒粉 所以食嘅時候相當惹味熱茶走飲落去好滑 因為用煉奶沖 奶味較為突出甜度控制得恰到好處 茶底唔會過澀 係一杯充滿香港特色嘅熱飲🔻招牌蔥油雞扒飯 HKD$65凍檸茶 + HKD$3 ꕀ雞扒做到皮脆肉嫩 有光澤、𝘑𝘶𝘪𝘤𝘺每啖都食到燒至微微嘅焦香飯用咗珍珠米 口感會煙煙韌韌再加埋大量嘅蔥油 真係好食到停唔到口ꕀ

依間餐廳係午餐時間經常排長龍！店鋪不大，座位有限。招牌有生煎雞扒，很多人都點蔥油撈丁、飯和咖喱，還有幾款大碗飯全日同價。✨招牌雞扒蔥油撈丁生煎雞扒大塊厚實，皮脆肉嫩，果然是招牌菜！撈丁的醬汁是自家製的，不只是單靠蔥油，青蔥切得很大粒，有咬口，蔥香味濃厚，帶點辛辣感。整體味道鹹香十足，但不會太鹹或油膩，搭配雞扒的雞油和雞汁，真心好吃！✨馬拉咖喱雞扒飯咖喱濃稠且香氣四溢，椰香味濃烈，辣度適中，非常惹味。雞扒一樣大塊，沾上咖喱後依然保持脆皮的口感。

這間餐廳不知道為什麼給我一種很型的感覺 😎 枱凳不多惠顧的人卻不少，現場幾乎爆滿之外，還有很多外賣單 👍🏻🔸招牌蔥油雞扒飯 $65有很香的焦香味，雞肉鮮嫩多汁，搭配特製的蔥油，一口吃下去香氣四溢 😍 米飯吸收了醬汁的精華，再淋上豉油，每一口都滋味十足 🤤🔸馬拉咖哩吉列豬扒飯 $70豬扒炸得外酥內嫩，咖哩香濃而不膩，帶有微微的辛辣感，非常開胃 🥰 搭配米飯，讓人一口接一口，停不下來！初初覺得店員有點兇惡，之後發現原來很有愛的 🫶🏻
