My mom accidentally discovered this small noodle resto in Quarry Bay, and my family decided to have lunch here. .I ordered the Beef Offal with Rice Noodles. The beef offal included stomach, bladder, lung and intestine. They were soft to bite and did not emit any unpleasant odours. They were quite savoury as they absorbed the soup well, and adding their chilli sauce elevated its flavour. The noodles were pleasantly chewy..The resto only had one staff who handled all the cooking and serving, and he was very nice. He deliberately asked us to sit inside to prevent my sis from getting bumped while he served the food. .The resto is quite small and a bit difficult to find as it is located in an alley.
