今次試咗Pete's Place嘅一系列美食，唔使專業詞彙都講得明係正到爆炸💥！起頭嘅Grilled Octopus，賣相摩登，外皮微焦、裡面嫩滑，入口即化，解放晒海鮮嘅鮮甜。Scotch Eggs外層酥脆，裏頭溫潤蛋黃係咁流心，「叉燒包」個稱呼真係名副其實😋！Tuna Tataki，魚肉切得薄身帶勁，俾足了充足火候帶出臊香，撲鼻梅子醬香氣，食落係咁滿足。Grilled Asparagus & Halloumi Cheese，呢啲菜式簡簡單單但係香烤味十足，芝士拉絲得嚟唔覺膩，好戇居咁香口。至於Chicken Anticucho，有啲酱香米通嘅feel，好食到停唔到口！主菜方面，Roasted Peer BBQ Ribs就真係燒得夠晒香，肉質入味又保持住肉汁。Wagyu Tenderloin肉嘅質感軟熟滑溜，每一口都係奢華享受。Roasted Duck Papadelle同Seafood Paella a la negro都係出色嘅選擇，特別係海鮮飯，墨魚汁平衡得宜，海鮮彈牙得滯🦑！仲有啲Truffle Fries，夠晒香、香、香，麻麻聲呢啲都係邪惡嘅誘惑！如果你想搵間平民化嘅地方，想

Pete’s is a fantastic place to eat and drink, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good quality and fairly priced. It a true local bar with a great personality!

Dining City 搵食記今次嚟到西營盤高街依家叫彼得廚房嘅西餐廳中午嚟到，我哋竟然可以包場可能喺附近來講價位都算偏高今日嚟食Restaurant Week嘅set lunch($128)有湯🥣、前菜、主菜和甜品 🍰4 courses $128 又唔算貴今日餐湯係豌豆湯，平日比較難喝到味道同質感都一流，非常推介前菜份量唔算大，我分別點咗一粒芝士肉球和蟹肉球勝在味道好，芝士融入肉球內非常滋味蟹肉求真係食到啖啖蟹肉，口感好好主菜係豬扒，和牛扒🥩扒類應該係慢煮再煎香火候控制得好好，肉質好鮮嫩整體來講，食物質素好高❤️可回頭再食✅彼得廚房 (西環)西環西營盤高街23號地下A號舖

適合午餐或者夜晚收工過嚟飲返杯Chill下🍻 🥗Pete’s Salad鮮甜沙拉菜配上健康紅酒醋汁，車厘茄酸酸甜甜好開胃，最鐘意佢嘅水牛芝士。大大塊。🧀 🥩Grilled Sirloin with Roasted Veg and Cultured Butter 西冷牛扒焗薯菜，一道好經典嘅菜式，但又有創新，牛扒上面嘅大大粒牛油噶上咗香草，配上煎到香脆表面牛扒，揭開內層滿滿肉汁，外脆內軟，溶化咗嘅牛油令到牛扒更加香滑可口。 🍕Seafood Marinara Pizza呢個披薩係薄批，所以食落口嗰陣香脆又啖啖係餡料，芝士亦都非常豐富。好多小元貝😋 🍝特色卡邦尼意粉大大塊香脆煙肉🥓，配上兩塊蒜蓉麵包🍞，滿滿芝士汁。入邊仲有好多煮淋咗嘅煙肉。呢種口感非常美味，食唔停口。 🍰甜品：🍫Chocolate Lava心太軟做底，面頭配上香滑嘅雲尼拿雪糕。很熱交集一起食，好滋味！ 🧁Malteser Cheesecake美國芝士蛋糕做底，配上香滑雪糕🍦，我第一次食芝士蛋糕係嘎雪糕，真係幾特別喎！芝士蛋糕嘅餅底做得好香。非常美味！

Lava Cake does not come with ice cream as shown in picture. Businesses should use pictures that depict the actual product accurately. Otherwise, state it clearly in the description. It’s misleading.The cake itself was not impressive. The same Lava Cake from Matsu is better. Nothing was “molten” about the dry sponge cake.

My original booking time was 12:00 noon, later a restaurant staff called and asked me to arrive the restaurant at 11:30 am, due to their full house booking at 1 p.m. and insufficient dining time for arrival at 12. My friend and I had the lunch sets. The beef was so tender. My friend was surprised to find the Apple juicy she ordered was fresh-made! The chips were great, too. Very high quality food. The staff were very attentive and polite, which was not the most common in Hong Kong. A big thumb up to the restaurant and the staff. Will definitely come again.

What an oyster feast! They had an oyster special on Wednesday, there were two types of oysters available that evening, a Pacific one for HKD 20/pc and a Scottish one for HKD 25/pc. We started with six of the Pacific one, and the quality was so good (super fresh with a strong mineral flavour without being too salty) that we went for another six oysters, but went for the Scottish one this time. 最近都去咗好幾間不錯的餐廳，這間TM’s by the Den 之前都來過數多次，一直都很欣賞它的Semi buffet Sunday brunch，食物新鮮餐廳Friendly，不過由於疫情，而家已經取消了。 位於港島區西營盤站高街，非常近大學所以會有很多學生以及外地人士到訪，這一區都算是食肆林立，有很多不錯的各國餐廳給予選擇。這集團還有另外一間餐廳位於香港大學旁邊的橫街，由於上一次到訪完有不愉快的經歷，所以沒有再去了。後來發現咗這間餐廳，小朋友們都十分欣賞這裏的食物，所以每逢週末都會開車過來，如果好彩找到車位，便會選擇在這裏開餐。他是一間雙連店，在這邊大概有20個座位，地方不是太大，不過小店也有它的特色，隔離店也是同一集團，地方更細，可能不到20個座位，不過暫時沒有到訪過，應該是另外一個menu。由於今天時間不多，所以我們下午茶時段先能到訪，所以選擇了網上平台訂位。今次一行三人，主要試了appetiser 和沙律， main 和pasta暫時都沒有機會試，留返下次。Truffle Fries 不過不失，雖然不是阿辣妹最喜歡的shoestring ，但是大家也吃得很滿意，份量也接受了

今天用app訂座中午吃lunch，12:30入座有50%off, 但需以正價，每人點一杯飲品，其實也算抵食。如果點set lunch，則是正常收費，這也是合理。西營盤地鐵站行過去，也算方便。以西餐來論，他們的份量，也算大碟。我們點了之後，大家分享一個pizza 有8件，我們四人二件Beef Rib 很大件，但肉質很一般，同時味道偏咸，薯條幾好食凱薩沙拉，有原條Anchovy，還有好幾條，坊間少見，用料很足。炸魷魚，幾好食，香脆可口，個汁有少辣，配合上來，味道不錯。

今次為咗慶祝友人生日，經一個網上計座平台預約咗呢間起西營盤高街嘅西餐廳✨經網上訂座平台訂座就會有六五折優惠，會抵好多！不過就唔包野飲同埋每日精選小食，星期一二係牛扒，星期三係生蠔，星期四係taco。不過一坐低佢就逼我地每人嗌一個正價野飲，而訂枱時都冇預先講定，有少少無語。。好，講番正題先，呢間餐廳啲食物真係唔錯，性價比都幾高👍佢呢度個和牛tataki好淋同好有肉味，沙律調味都好好，唔會太鹹或太酸。我係一個好鍾意食薯條嘅人，佢係新鮮炸嘅又好重松露味，無得彈！呢兩個菜都係不過不失，正正常常，幾好味啦🤣呢個烤雞睇個樣已經覺得燒得好靚，估唔到佢雞胸都燒得好滑！同埋成隻雞唔使點醬都好夠味呀👍最後仲嗌左個蛋糕影下相咁～呢件事其實有個小插曲，其實喺book枱個時已經有講左會order呢個蛋糕做surprise同埋要寫happy birthday，咁入餐廳個時我都有同店員再確認，點知食完哂主菜佢問我地要唔要嗌甜品(?) 我就以為係店員想同我確認係咪上得甜品，點知佢真係遞左menu俾我😂 所以我就細細聲提番佢，不過咁就冇左個surprise嚕🥲除此之外，呢一餐都食得好開心好滿足👍

呢間餐廳裝修好簡單，但係見到餐牌好多選擇所以就入咗嚟叫咗個roast duck papardelle ，即係鴨絲闊條麵配蘑菇醬汁，呢個菜式最特別之處就係好多鴨絲，鴨絲同闊條麵嘅比例差唔多一比一😅😅😅感覺係廚師唔小心俾多咗好多鴨絲我哋😂鴨絲唔會煮得太熟同埋鞋，闊條麵加埋啲鴨絲索晒啲蘑菇醬汁，食完呢道菜已經好飽黑松露薯條係小食，但係黑松露淨係鋪咗係薯條嘅上面，咁樣就會唔均勻，唔係每條薯條都掂到黑松露醬我哋仲叫咗雞串青醬意粉，但係碟意粉等咗好耐先來，雞串煮得過熟，超級硬，鞋到食唔到，一啲肉汁都冇😞😞青醬意粉唔夠頭先roast duck papardelle 咁濃味
