I got there around 7:45pm and waited for around 10 mins to get my table. As I was waiting for my friend to come, i had took some time to read through the menu at this time. They have lots choices for food, but if you come with a bigger group of friends, you can try out more dishes. However, we only have two people, so i couldn't order more. At this time, I decided to order one soup and three dishes, including daily soup 豬肺湯,剁椒蒸魚頭,南瓜鹹蛋xxx(sorry, cannot remember the name, LOL), 石鍋芥蘭。
This is the best of the best dish of the night...the source is bit spicy..but you just cannot stop yourself to eat more and more...personally i highly recommended everyone to try it out, if you like spicy food..
This one was one of their famous dish...(sorry, can't remember the full name)....first of all, i have said that it didn't look good as the picture placed in the menu...i was a bit hesitated to try out. but after i did, its actually not bad at all...the pumpkin is not sweet at all and the outside skin is very crispy, interesting combination...hmm...but the portion is a little bit too much for two people....
The spicy fish head is the best dishes of the night....I LOVE it..

Although people complain that their orders were missing sometimes or the waiting time was so long..but I don't have that issue...Me and my friend have a good time in there and be able to enjoy each dish

When we arrived, I was immediately fall in love with this place. The decoration is the style that I like, simple, conformable with high ceiling. The waitress is very polite and approachable; it just made me feel like being home which can relax and enjoying good food.
Shortly after we sat down, we already know what to order, as my best friend has been here before. She has recommended me to try out two dishes: 蝦子面 and 石鍋芥蘭.
The shirmp is tasteful, although I am more into crab. However, the source of the shrimp has completely brought out the taste of the shirmp and if you like you can put the source of the shirmp into your noodles, not a bad choice. Regarding the nooodles, it is not too soft and not too hard, just all right..at least to me.
The stone hot pot was sizzling when it was delivered on the table. Surprisingly, the vegetable were fresh, not dry out and very delicious.
I have to say that the food is very delicious, no MSG, not too much salt, not too oily and most importantly the food ingredients are very fresh. I think all the delicious food have a basic common element: fresh food Ingredients. I am quite surprised that this restaurant is able to provide such fresh good food. I can tell that the owner of the restaurant has put so much effort on this to let everyone has a fair chance to enjoy such good food. Notwithstanding on this, the price is reasonable or I can say cheap…considered the rental price is so ridiculously high in Hong Kong.

The colour of this was interesting, it was bright yellow, but I liked the taste because it was quite wheaty and nutty. ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ Pumpkin and salted egg yolk in batter:
This was my favourite because it was not too salty, the combination of mashed up pumpkin and salted egg yolk was quite nice. ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ Deep fried fish fillets with strawberry sauce: This was quite a fun dish but I could not really taste the strawberry in the sauce because the salad cream in the sauce was stronger. The lotus root patties here are different because it was a slice of lotus root with the patty placed on top. Hence when you eat it, there is a good mouthfeel of lotus root. ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ Shanghai noodles with truffle paste:
