話說本身不是 沾仔記 乒乓雲吞粉絲... 所以近年都好少去中環兩間店除非那天勁肚餓又想快. 但經過「沾仔記 大角咀總店」, 又會試下最原本嘅味道懷舊一下! 呢間總店本身喺石硤尾街檔搬過嚟, 以前叫 '沾記' , 加加埋已經 60 多年歷史. 現在已經傳到第三代, 所以每間分店都係由不同親戚執行! 不太強烈但還吃得出湯底有大地魚.*紅磡沾仔記已經同本身沾記系列脫離了關係, 遠房親戚已經賣了盤. 而且那店是極藍的, 叫杯水都要收三蚊.This is the most Original Tsim Tsai Kei store.. Which was previously a street cart, then moved to here at Tai Kwok Tsui. It is over 60+ Years in history. It's shops in Central are run by a different family member, and has earned a Michelin recommendation. Famous for their Ping Pong sized Wontons, which are more fillings than actually accurate in terms of traditional Guangzhou/Hong Kong recipe. But it shall be appreciated in that regard..

雖然店小, 不過店員服務都很好,鮮蝦雲吞大大粒!✅$27 蚊一碗, 有三粒,大大粒,彈牙又爽🤤,河粉夠滑,食落口同其他不同有d 粉麵店會落冬菜榨蒜,呢間淨係有蔥,店員話賣潮州魚蛋個d 先會有冬菜架,長知識了提大家要先付錢

黎到大角咀好多人都話沾仔記係獨特,一定要試,就係大大粒嘅鮮蝦雲吞。出邊食嘅鮮蝦雲吞都係無咩特別,為咗減省成本多數用肥豬肉整,沾仔記嘅就非常足料!30蚊30蚊咋,出面30蚊食到咩?出面30蚊食到一個包咋。哩度30蚊可以食到,一粒雲吞9隻蝦的奇景。我真係想像唔到。真係每一口雲吞都食得出啖啖爽口蝦肉,貨真價實!蝦嘅份量好多,多到差d撐破雲吞皮,好大。淨食有四粒雲吞響湯中飄浮,當係輕量下午茶,過足雲吞癮。如果你嚟到大角咀,唔黎沾仔記朝聖一下。

依定出外食碗麵閒閒地都四五十蚊,真係百物騰貴,好彩大角咀仲搵到間平民小店店舖雖小,但尚算清潔整齊配料可揀:雲吞、鯪魚球、鮮牛肉 麵底:米粉/河粉/生麵單拼$24 雙拼$28咁抵食,二話不說就叫左碗牛肉拼雲吞河鮮牛肉食落好滑,又唔會韌雲吞大大粒,裡面係包滿四五隻蝦,真材實料雖然份量不是很大碗,但剛剛好填飽我的肚😌 建議平時食開加底既朋友,可以叫兩碗
