想試好耐,預約都唔係次次有位,今次終於有機會食,小店坐到10個人左右,所以真係要訂位。老闆態度很溫柔,是個暖男,是日本住家菜的感覺。大阪黑咖喱古列系列:賣相好震撼,最鍾意多汁,白飯量應該有接近兩碗,塊扒林左啲唔夠口感。撈烏冬系列:最記得既係好濟,烏冬同個汁都易入口,味道一般,芝心漢堡扒都係偏林。薯餅偏粉狀,淡淡既薯味,嫌淡既話可以點少少烏冬汁。整體分數:7/10 我要去多次食壽喜燒好想食既壽喜燒已經賣哂,想食記得預訂。 繼續閱讀

Came here the other day. I wasn’t sure initially if I wanted lunch or dinner, so I called to check and see which it would be open for.Here is the deal. This place is generally open for lunch, and is only on dinner depending on how busy they were for the lunch segment. This is why the restaurant told me the really only way to know if they’re open is to walk in (no reservations), and to message (aka WhatsApp) ahead of time to see if they’re actually operating for dinner.In my opinion, this is no way to run a business. I mean, okay, I get it’s kind of a one person operation, but why would i jump through all these hoops when there are so many other options? But still, I came by since we wanted to try it.Upon arrival, it turns out there was only one dish: ramen. In fairness, it wasn’t too bad, but that’s not at all what I wanted to eat. I think the only way to come here and get some sort of guarantee is to message like an hour or two before you want to come, and ask what is being served.Overall, there are just too many problems here. 繼續閱讀

鰻魚飯:非常好食!老闆用左非常肥美,非常厚肉既鰻魚製作,係汁燒既,食原條既話,前段肥美既肉厚,非常餓滿有口感;後段比較瘦,比較結實,有少少碎邊。一條魚俾到你品同口感同滿足感。當你見到一大條鰻魚,以為只有鰻魚出色,但其實好戲在後頭。鰻魚下面既飯,加入左好多飯素、黑椒等等既材料,混入飯里面,一啖飯食得出老闆對整盤料理既細心同埋執着。最後以蛋包裹住飯,對成個飯帶到一個中和既效果。攻略:記得先訂好座,再去享用晚餐! 繼續閱讀

真係要睇番OpenRice 之前既介紹同評語,先知道《淺月》原來係做私房菜;因為我哋去幫襯食晏嗰日,如圖,《淺月》既午市餐牌獨沽一味做[义燒拉麵]而已。一如大角嘴富多來既其他小店,《淺月》舖位細細,客戶空間勉強坐八位,但裝修日系簡約,感覺乾淨既。大廚連侍應都係年輕老細自己,所以原來好多小事都係自助服務,包括收枱或取額外餐具等。留意餐廳係冇普通水供應,而最平既餐飲係十五蚊起跳既。留意番,由於廚師要事事親力親為,落單上菜收銀都係佢對手;若果你碗麵係新 order ,那自然要慢慢等排前面客人既柯打完成,先輪到你,其實是十分合情理的。不過,對我嚟講,現實即係由柯打等左九個字,睇住老細煮好我前面六七碗麵加外賣,才終於到我既午餐由廚房出嚟。。不幸的是,一如大部份打工仔,我既lunch 只係六十分鐘,真係變成再好味再精心既美食要五分鐘內完成,之後趕住埋單走人;唉,成餐變成囫圇吞棗,龍肉都冇味。呢餐除咗「等」之餘,印象中,成碗麵唯一一塊既厚切义燒係ok 好食既,湯底與拉麵在倒水咁完成午餐之際已無空間仔細評核。總結:食物既印象係ok 既,但午市黎講,一碗麵冇前菜冇餐飲齋等四十分鐘係好難接受,直接引致劣評,還望店家留意。 繼續閱讀

============================ 𝐹𝑜𝑜𝒹 𝐿𝒾𝓈𝓉大阪黑咖啡吉列厚慘豬扒4.3日本牛乳蛋包飯 -$150極上蒲燒鰻魚飯 - $150𖡼.𖤣𖥧𖡼.𖤣𖥧⚘𖡼.𖤣𖥧𖡼.𖤣𖥧⚘𖡼.𖤣𖥧𖡼.𖤣𖥧⚘𖡼.𖤣𖥧𖡼.𖤣𖥧⚘𖡼.𖤣𖥧𖡼.𖤣𖥧⚘十角隱世日式料理小店,舖頭大概可以容納8人,只有老闆一人打理,所以千萬千萬不能walk-in~亦要預多一點時間得候,不過精緻的料理絕對值得所有料理無論賣相、味道都融入了老闆的心機和手藝,在這一家小巧溫暖的小店用餐實用是享受。《大阪黑咖啡吉列厚慘豬扒4.3日本牛乳蛋包飯 - $150》大大份的咖哩豬扒飯,豬扒酥脆,夾雜油香但不會太膩,口感紮實但不會老。豬扒、咖喱、蛋飯一向是不會輸的組合,但老闆把每一樣材料都發揮得超準!(๑•̀ •́)و✧ 《極上蒲燒鰻魚飯 - $150》全極大份隻鰻魚飯,鰻魚的油香浸入米飯再加上青爽的蔥花和小量紫菜調味,簡直是天堂級的享受。(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)其實我是過了很久才寫這篇食評,最近想再訪小店,老闆卻告知因私人問題現在只供應拉麵,實在可惜。但有機會都會去試一試老闆的麵☺️ 繼續閱讀
