今日去左試新嘢抗疫期間都想食好嘢坐低之後服務員過嚟介紹佢哋個7部曲聽落已經好吸引然後煲滾水俾我哋洗好d碗筷首先第一部曲係佢哋個小食有黑松露蝦多士，麻辣雞腳，筍，炸魚角個黑松露蝦多士簡直係冇得頂然後第二部曲嚟咗一個刺身船有甜蝦，北奇貝，生蠔，帶子海膽未黎貨所以冇，但係啲刺身好鮮甜好正第三部曲佢問我哋想要酸菜魚水煮魚定係雞煲，我哋揀咗雞煲，然後即場喺我哋面前炒，師傅嘅表演冇得頂跟住我問佢我哋可唔可以試吓少少酸菜魚然後佢比左一碗細細既俾我哋試佢話食完可以不停加，除咗刺身船第四部曲揀咗個牛骨湯底嚟打邊爐個湯底真材實料唔係味精湯，男朋友食得好滋味第五部曲海鮮拼盤，拼盤有蝦，鮑魚，扇貝非常新鮮而且可以無限添加第六部曲打邊爐嘅牛肉豬肉好有肉味一樣可以無限添加最後一步曲蔬菜肉丸類總括嚟講呢間放題非常高質，價錢實惠，服務態度非常好平日時段199不用加一我同男朋友都話有下次

My families and I went to a restaurant called “3H Island”(漁品酸菜魚火鍋放題Fun Fun Fun 3H Island) located in Shop B1, G/F, Mei Sun Building, 4-20 Kau Hui Chik Street, Tai Po (大埔舊墟直街4-20號美新大廈地下B1號舖).My families and I ordered “Sour preserved veggie fish hotpot buffet set”(漁樂酸菜魚火鍋放題） which costs ..HKD$199/person (leave before 19:30 or enter after 21:30)Or.HKD$275 /person (19:30-21:30)..Arrays of seafood,chicken casserole,Sichuan spicy fish,preserved veggie fish hotpot, hotpot ingredients,snacks are served on an unlimited basis!!!..There are 4 homemade snacks to whet the appetite of the customers!The black truffle shrimp toast(黑松露蝦多士） is highly recommended!! Bouncy minced shrimp paste is on top of the golden crispy deep fried toast.With a dollop of fragrant black truffle sauce on top!!!I ordered twice!!A fresh sashimi boat(航空6刺身艦）is served after the appetisers.Loveeeeeee the uni(海胆） with strong umami flavour!!..Preserved veggie fish hotpot(酸菜魚）,Sichuan spicy fish（水煮魚）,chicken casserole （火焰醬爆鑊仔雞）are served on an unlimited basis!We ordered Sichuan spicy fish（水煮魚). The fish fillets are incredibly buttery soft,moist, tender and flaky!Seafood platter (深海郵輪 ）is also served on an unlimited basis! With abalones,prawns, scallops,clams,mussels and crispy grass carp!We ordered the abalones（鮑魚）again and cooked in BBQ method!Sooooooooo Yummmmmm!! Highly recommended!!Several special BBQ seasonings are provided!..High quality beef and pork are also served on an unlimited basis!The beef(肥牛） is fresh,tender and soft with nice strong beef flavour!Recommended!!Arrays of hotpot ingredient and homemade snack are also provided on an unlimited basis!!The homemade curry squid（自家製咖喱魷魚）is soooooooooo tasty with intense curry flavour!!Highly recommended!!Beers and other beverages are free flow!!..The food quality of this restaurant is much better than other similar restaurants with affordable price.The staff with good attitudes.Definitely will revisit!!

酸菜魚夠酸夠辣!平時我食開勁酸勁辣，呢一間鋪頭都滿足到我!呢間舖頭平時做開放題，抗疫時間立刻變陣!夠曬隨機應變!雖然係抵食午餐但係絕對冇偷工減料!~打定電話叫外賣自取，完全唔需要等~酸菜魚~配上熱辣辣白飯，配料夠多~金菇 娃娃菜 酸菜辣椒夠曬多~魚肉竟然有彈性!我已成為他們的忠實粉絲~~

居住大埔的朋友見家附近有間「漁樂酸菜魚火鍋放題」便誠邀一起去試試，到達後已感覺店舖很大。放題非常特別，分別區分七部曲進行，餐廳先來第一部曲「肥仔四小食」有：麻辣味雞🐔腳、話梅酸甜鴛鴦苦瓜，味道特別、泰式醬汁魚蛋、黑松露蝦🦐多士香脆美味。第二部曲「航空六刺身」有：帶子、帆立貝、鮮蝦🦐、生蠔🦪、海膽、吞拿魚，味道鮮甜無腥味，刺身光澤，新鮮肥美。第三部曲可選「酸菜魚🐟」或「雞鍋🐓」，我們一致選擇酸菜魚，果然無選擇錯，魚肉入口很滑，酸菜惹味。第四部曲來一個胡椒豬肚🐖湯給我們作火鍋湯底。第五部曲「深海郵輪」其實是肥美的鮑魚、鮮蝦、青口、鯇魚片等師傅刀功很好切割得很簿。第六部曲牛🐂肉片和豬🐖肉片，肉質細嫩，一口吃來肉味香濃。第七部曲有炸物、丸餃、蔬菜🥬，但由於很飽了，我們都放棄吃不下去了。總結：這餐廳放題除了刺身外，其他食物是可以任叫的，所以三百元都唔使的放題，確實抵食，九時半後入座更是$199非常超值💰💰💰
